2021 SAG Awards Red Carpet Roundup

Here is a roundup from some of the other attendees from Sunday night’s 2021 SAG Awards.

Gillian Anderson: Collecting her third award for role as Maggie Thatcher in ‘The Crown,  the British actress has gone Dior, Dior, Dolce; wearing a custom made red silk chiffon strapless Dolce & Gabbana gown featuring a flowy skirt which she styled with Chopard jewels.

Amy Adams: I kinda surprised to learn that this was Celine, as Hedi Slimane’s red carpet gowns usually have embellishments, and ooze a hint of sex appeal. Even with the high slit, I was underwhelmed by this on Amy.

Catherine O'Hara SAG Awards

Catherine O’Hara:  The actress wore a custom Thom Browne.  What’s interesting about this look is that it is actually a dress giving the illusion of a two piece.  She also styled this look with a sequined classic tailored blazer.

Catherine’s look was accessorized with Chopard jewels.

Zosia Mamet SAG Awards

Zosia Mamet: We’ve said plenty about the actress’ refusal to smile at these events, but let’s just focus on how gorgeous she looks in this Miu Miu dress. I would say it’s one of her best – if not her best – look to date.

Fred Leighton jewels completed her look.

Hannah Waddingham SAG Awards

Hannah Waddingham:  A red Dolce & Gabbana dress with black Dolce & Gabbana shoes was trending at this event, as the ‘Ted Lasso’ actress opted for sultry moment in this fitted Spring 2021 dress.

Sarah Levy SAG Awards

Sarah Levy: Great style clearly runs in the Levy family, as Sarah was a vision of pink elegance in Monique Lhuillier.  The look was styled with Stuart Weitzman ‘Nudist Hollywood’ platforms.

Rhea Seehorn SAG Awards

Rhea Seehorn:  The floral appliqué on this Greta Constantine Fall 2020 high neck sleeveless tunic was the best part of this look for me, as I’m not a fan of the trousers or the shoes paired with this.

I can’t help but wish this was a gown instead of a tunic. David Yurman jewels completed her look.

Madison Thompson: There were yet more red dresses at this event, as the ‘Ozark’ actress wore a Ulyana Sergeenko Demi-Couture Fall-Winter 2020 mini styled with the same Roger Vivier pumps we saw on Jurnee Smollett.

They wouldn’t have been my first choice with this dress, but I’m glad she didn’t opt for the boots.  Sydney Evan jewels completed her look.

Ulyana Sergeenko Demi-Couture Fall-Winter 2020

Jamie Chung: The actress was also trending at this event wearing a red Oscar de la Renta dress with Stuart Weitzman ‘Ellsie’ sandals.  The most important part of this look was her Edie Parker Bespoke engraved with ‘STOP ASIAN HATE.’

Nicola Coughlan SAG Awards

Nicola Coughlan: After a sea of red, this black Christian Siriano custom black lace and tulle overlay with gothic undertones might come as a welcome relief.

I love how she’s become more confident and bold with her red carpet choices.

De Beers Jewelry completed her look.

Merle Dandridge SAG Awards

Merle Dandridge: I love how the electric blue bow sash pops on this Georges Chakra Fall 2018 Couture look, but I wish the bodice didn’t sit so low.

Glenn Close: The actress kept things simple wearing a gorgeous Oscar de la Renta caftan.

Florence Hunt SAG Awards

Florence Hunt: The ‘Bridgerton’ star opted for plenty of ruffles wearing a Red Valentino pleated frock.

Kathryn Drysdale: There seem to be a theme with the ‘Bridgerton’ cast, as Kathryn also opted for tiered ruffle in Jenny Packham.

Joanna Bobin SAG Awards

Joanna Bobin: Clearly not getting the ruffle memo, the ‘Bridgerton’ star looked very elegant in Alberta Ferretti.

Ruby Barker: Joining her ‘Bridgerton,’ the actress kept things simple wearing a Retrofête black dress, which appears to have an alluring sheer hemline.

Harriet Cains SAg Awards

Harriet Cains: The ‘Bridgerton’ ladies really dominated this event. Harriet went totally against the grain of her castmates by wearing sharp tailoring from Valentino.

Golda Rosheuvel: The actress was bringing more ‘Bridgerton’ style to this virtual event wearing an AZ Factory dress, which is our first look at Alber Elbaz new brand on the red carpet.
