Premiere Of Netflix’s ‘Dumplin’

Fashion Blogger Catherine Kallon feature the Premiere Of Netflix's 'Dumplin'

The premiere of Netflix’s ‘Dumplin’ on Thursday (December 6) in Los Angeles, California brought some understated sparkle to the red carpet.

Jennifer Aniston: The actress knows what works for her and doesn’t often stray too far away from that. This Stella McCartney mini showcases her fondness for black as well as her toned pins. Although bedecked with sequins, it still has an effortless minimalist feel that’s in her wheelhouse. Fred Leighton jewellery and a Valextra clutch rounded out the dazzling look.

Odeya Rush: Her costar also opted for black but added a pop of pink with her Giorgio Armani separates. There’s plenty of interest in the top with the banding continuing to an open back, but the proportions and mix of materials feel slightly off.

Georgie Flores: The ‘Famous In Love’ actress projected a sweet sentiment in Markarian Fall 2018. It was a more feminine take on a slip dress with the seamed waist and delicate embroidery. The detailed accessories played into the soft feeling.

Menswear Red Carpet Roundup

It’s time to catch up with the menswear circuit, as this past weekend brought with it a slew of handsome fellows on the red carpet.

Richard Madden: At the Evening Standard Theatre Awards 2018 on Sunday (November 18) in London, Richard was ever-so-dapper in a head-to-toe Salvatore Ferragamo look that was striking in its sophistication.

Timothée Chalamet: Continuing to show us his sharp eye for style, the young actor riffed on the classic black suit at the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences’ 2018 Governors Awards in Hollywood on Sunday (November 18). This Haider Ackermann Spring 2019 look offered such cool visual appeal in the jacket’s stained-glass, swirling pattern and shaping.

Eddie Redmayne: Speaking of cool-kids, Eddie will forever be one, especially with looks like this sporty Gucci ensemble at the ‘Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald’ photocall in Madrid, Spain on Friday (November 16). Who knew a bee-emblazoned bomber could look so breezy.

‘Widows’ New York Special Screening & BUILD Series

'Widows' New York Special Screening & BUILD Series

Fashionable ladies joined Cynthia Erivo at the ‘Widows’ New York special screening on Sunday (November 11) followed by the BUILD Series on Monday (November 12).

Michelle Rodriguez: The actress brought sultry sophistication in Jill Stuart to the screening. The deep pink heels increase the feminine romance of the off-the-shoulder style considerably.

Viola Davis: Deviating slightly from the night’s black theme, she added some sumptuousness to the sensual sheer black outfit with the blue blazer. It’s a shame the tailoring brings it down because the top half seems a tad tight and the trousers too long.

Elizabeth Debicki: She looked like a tall drink of water in Giorgio Armani with Malone Souliers ‘Penelope’ pumps. It might not be the most memorable, but it oozed restrained elegance.

Cate Blanchett In Giorgio Armani – Armani Si Passione Perfume Event

Cate Blanchett In Giorgio Armani - Armani Si Passione Perfume Event

Cate Blanchett attended the Armani Si Passione Perfume event on Tuesday (November 6) in Shanghai, China.

Her clean-line Armani gown with a sculptural, pleated strapless bodice beautifully fuses minimalism and futurism, making a statement which isn’t all about the colour.

I keep looking at the centre line and perhaps this is actually a jumpsuit. I think I would love this look even more if this was the case.

Spiral earrings to complement the embellished waistband and flawless makeup completed her look.

‘Outlaw King’ London Film Festival Premiere

'Outlaw King' London Film Festival Premiere

It was boys night on the red carpet for the European premiere of ‘Outlaw King’ during the 62nd BFI London Film Festival on Wednesday (October 17) in London, with Chris Pine and Aaron Taylor Johnson in attendance.

Chris Pine: There is something very appealing about waistcoats during the Fall months. In his custom Giorgio Armani suit, Chris wore the most formal option of them all – the horseshoe waistcoat. I love how it brings a very elegant, and debonair finish to his checked suit, which he styled with a green Tie Bar ‘Barberis’ tie and blue Louboutins.

Aaron Taylor Johnson: Keeping thing super simple in black and going sans tie, the look still possessed an air smoothness due to the sleek fabrication.

Tiffany & Co. Celebrates 2018 Tiffany Blue Book Collection

Tiffany & Co Celebrates 2018 Tiffany Blue Book Collection

Kim Kardashian West, Mary J. Blige, Rachel Brosnahan, Priyanka Chopra, and Zoe Kravitz were on hand to help Tiffany & Co. Celebrate the 2018 Tiffany Blue Book Collection on Tuesday (October 9) in New York City.

Kim Kardashian West: As always, I’m getting a strong case of déjà vu. She may not have worn this Rick Owens draped dress before, but this entire look, right down to the Pocahontas hair feels familiar. A Tiffany & Co. choker completed her look.

Mary J. Blige: The Queen of R&B was back wearing a green Cushnie Spring 2019 jade off-shoulder two-piece attached with some fringed netting. Not only did she match her shoes to her dress, but she also matched the look with emerald jewels for a truly glamorous look.

Rachel Brosnahan: It’s not often Rachel opts for bright colours, so I was instantly drawn to her in this Carolina Herrera Resort 2019 gown. However, I wasn’t so taken with the Tiffany & Co. necklace here, as I feel like the floral embroidery provides all the detail this look needed.
