Rachel Weisz In Alexander McQueen – ‘The Favourite’ London Film Festival Premiere

Rachel Weisz In Alexander McQueen - 'The Favourite' London Film Festival Premiere

Rachel Weisz joined Emma Stone on the red carpet this evening (October 18) for the London Film Festival premiere of ‘The Favourite’.

The actress wore an Alexander McQueen Pre-Fall 2018 in the colour of the season: Bordeaux.

You may think that I’m ready to rejoice this heavily sequin dress in the same manner as Emma’s look, but frankly, I prefer the lighter sheer panel on the bodice that we see the look book, and while I’m not a prude, the bra irked me on this occasion.

Asprey jewels and black accessories completed her look.

Kelsea Ballerini In Monique Lhuillier – 2018 CMT Artists Of The Year

Kelsea Ballerini In Monique Lhuillier - 2018 CMT Artists Of The Year

Kelsea Ballerini joined Maren Morris and Carrie Underwood on the red carpet for the 2018 CMT Artists of The Year event on Wednesday (October 17) in Nashville, Tennessee.

I was surprised to see the young singer wearing this Monique Lhuillier Spring 2019 gown, as her red carpet style usually has a more youthful, edgy flare. Just look at her American Music Awards look for reference.

As beautiful as this gown is, I don’t think it, especially with that high neckline, is working for her.

Maggie Gyllenhaal In Vivienne Westwood – Autograph Collection Hotels Goes Behind The Scenes

Maggie Gyllenhaal In Vivienne Westwood - Autograph Collection Hotels Goes Behind The Scenes

Christina Aguilera once said, “I love colour. I’m not a beige kind of girl”.

While I can relate, Maggie Gyllenhaal gave me food for thought at the launch of Autograph Collection Hotels’ Behind The Scenes speaker series on Wednesday (October 17) in London.

‘The Kindergarten Teacher’ actress wore a beige on beige look that hailed from Vivienne Westwood’s Spring 2019 collection, which may not have had the corsetry, but did feature the signature draping.

What really sells this look to me?

I would say the ease and effortlessness of it all, and the warmness that the red pumps brings to this elegant look.

Olivia Culpo In Julien Macdonald – JBL Fest 2018

Olivia Culpo In Julien Macdonald - JBL Fest 2018

Quincy Jones hosted an event to officially kicked off JBL Fest with Olivia Culpo in attendance on Wednesday (October 17) inside Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, Nevada.

I already feel multiple eyes rolling at the sight of another Julien Macdonald Spring 2018 revealing outfit, but where outside a music awards show can you really get away with this look?

Vegas.

As you know I love a one-piece, but this just feels tired at this point.

Maren Morris joined Carrie Underwood on the red carpet for the 2018 CMT Artists of The Year event on Wednesday (October 17) in Nashville, Tennessee.

My first thoughts when I saw this Raisa & Vanessa Fall 2018 dress was, “thank god she didn’t opt for that belt….and those boots.”

Yet it still feels like there is too much going on.

I mean, she carries it off well enough, but this is the one time when I feel like the feathers are too much.

Carrie Underwood In Tadashi Shoji – 2018 CMT Artists Of The Year

Carrie Underwood In Tadashi Shoji - 2018 CMT Artists Of The Year

Carrie Underwood has always been a big, pouffy gown kinda girl, but for the 2018 CMT Artists of The Year event on Wednesday (October 17) in Nashville, Tennessee, she switched gears.

Showing off her burgeoning bump in a Tadashi Shoji Fall 2018 paillette encrusted dress with drape and cutout detail made her look every inch a yummy mummy to-be, with the blue lake hue absolutely radiant on her.

Marli New York diamond jewels and silver sandals rounded out this look.
