Jennifer Garner In Lanvin – 6th Annual Save The Children Illumination Gala

Jennifer Garner In Lanvin - 6th Annual Save The Children Illumination Gala

Jennifer Garner was in attendance at the 6th Annual Save The Children Illumination Gala at the American Museum of Natural History on Wednesday (November 14) in New York City.

When I saw this Lanvin Pre-Fall 2018 gown, I could immediately see the actress in the dark colour so I was pleasantly surprised to see that she went with the rich burgundy.

It’s too bad her choice of belt wasn’t as successful. A more ornate gold one to complement her earrings would have been better — or even no belt at all.

Alison Sudol In Lanvin – ‘Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes Of Grindelwald’ World Premiere

Alison Sudol In Lanvin - 'Fantastic Beasts The Crimes Of Grindelwald' World Premiere

Alison Sudol — formerly known by her moniker A Fine Frenzy — attended the ‘Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes Of Grindelwald’ world premiere on Thursday (November 8) in Paris, France.

It was only yesterday that I was saying that I longed for a return of Lanvin to the red carpet, and here we have our second look in so many days; with colour-blocking again at the forefront.

I was tempted to say that this was missing some statement jewelry, but this look is beautifully constructed with subtle pleating for detail, that the look feels elegant and fluid on its own.

Juana Acosta In Lanvin – LOS40 Music Awards

Juana Acosta joined Dua Lipa on the red carpet for the LOS40 Music Awards on Friday (November 2) in Madrid, Spain.

I have missed Lanvin on the red carpet, so I was delight to see the Colombian actress wearing a look from the Fall 2018 collection.

Showcasing the French label’s emphasis on details and colour, the elegant style – that is rendered in three vibrant shades – is smartly tempered with polished black high waist trousers.

I’m not sure how you’ll feel about this one as a whole, so let me know in the comments.

Aquazzura shoes and Lego inspired earrings complete her look.

2018 MTV VMAs Menswear Red Carpet Roundup

2018 MTV VMAs Menswear Red Carpet Roundup

Not to let the girls completely take over the red — well, pink — carpet at the 2018 MTV VMAs on Monday (August 20) in New York City, the guys showed up to the party, as well.

Asher Angel: It’s hard to believe Asher’s only 15, when he has such a cool command of style as seen in this Dior Men patterned suit.

Maluma: White, satiny looks are tricky — on both males and females. But, there’s an “E” for effort to be given out for this Dolce & Gabbana suit and red-metallic Saint Laurent rocker boots.

Algee Smith: With this decorative athleisure aesthetic, there would be no missing Algee in his Moschino tracksuit with gold rope embellishment artfully construed in a semi-skeleton motif. FACTO shoes completed his look.

Charlie Hunnam In Lanvin & Rami Malek In Berluti – ‘Papillon’ LA Premiere

Charlie Hunnam In Lanvin & Rami Malek In Berluti - 'Papillon' LA Premiere

Charlie Hunnam and Rami Malek attend the premiere of ‘Papillon’ on Sunday (August 19) in West Hollywood, California.

Charlie Hunnam: Never underestimate the quality of a well-cut suit, no matter what the colour. Tastefully screened in midnight-blue, this suit by Lanvin was a suave choice for the occasion. Dark brown Christian Louboutin ‘So Charles’ leather brogues completed his sharp look.

Rami Malek: Opting for a look from Berluti, the highlight of this look was his tricolor ‘scritto’ print shirt which enlivened the look and inject a huge dose of personality and flare. The look was styled with Christian Louboutin’s Citycroc military-inspired laceup boots.

2018 ESPYS

There were many more red carpet looks to be had at the 2018 ESPYS on Wednesday (July 18) in Los Angeles, California, joining the likes of Alison Brie, Ciara and Eiza Gonzalez.

Sloane Stephens: If you thought designers had run out of ways to reinvent the blazer, look no further than Solane’s flame-red Alexander McQueen piece, which looks like it has a built in waistcoat. While the shoes were a bit of a mismatch for me, I do love the overall ease at how the tennis ace presented this uber cool look.

Ibtihaj Muhammad: The Olympic fencer looked breath-taking in a floral Jovani gown. The train, flowers, and that smile make this such a charming look.
