Meryl Streep In Givenchy – ‘The Laundromat’ Venice Film Festival Premiere

When Meryl Streep took to the red carpet for the premiere of ‘The Laundromat’ during the 2019 Venice Film Festival on Sunday (September 1), I would never have predicted this look she served us.

Far more relaxed and colourful for the actress who often opts for more tailored, precise looks, this painterly Givenchy Fall 2019 chiffon gown struck a breezy, abstract chord.

She even had on ruby-red pumps to add another layer of sass.

I could have done without the square sunnies, though. Is this Meryl look a yay or nay for you?
