‘Horrible Bosses 2’ LA Premiere Menswear Roundup

'Horrible Bosses 2' LA Premiere Menswear Roundup

Jennifer Aniston was joined by a host of her male co-stars for the ‘Horrible Bosses 2’ LA premiere held at TCL Chinese Theatre on Thursday (November 20) in Hollywood, California.

Chris Pine: Be still my beating heart. It has been a while since we last saw the actor on the red carpet. On this occasion he opted for the ultra-suave offerings of Giorgio Armani, wearing a Made to Measure two-button peak-lapel pin-dot-pattern wool and silk blend suit with a classic white shirt and a black neck tie for his red carpet look. No wonder the Italian brand snapped him up to be the face of their Armani Code signature men’s fragrance.

Jason Sudeikis: I would say the actor was well on course for his second BDOTW win in this sleek navy-blue suit. Once again he styled his look with some dapper accessories, in this case a polka-dot green and white tie and matching pocket square. A spot on the Best Dressed Man of 2014 list from this promo tour alone is in the offing.

Charlie Day: Navy-blue was also the colour selected for Charlie’s smart notched-lapel suit.

Jason Bateman: Dressed in Dior Homme, it’s his wife who steals the spotlight in her red Dior dress, previously worn by Lucy Hale and Selena Gomez. Three strikes and hopefully this ill-fitting dress, which she modified with a black trim, is out.

Jamie Foxx: Like Common last week, Jamie also opted for an all-chocolate (barring his shirt) look. Once again, me likey. His date, daughter Corinne Foxx, also opted for a red mini dress.

Chris Pine looks great in his suit, but needs to do something about that hair. I like Jason Sudeikis’s look but it makes him look older. Charlie Day is cute in navy. Same as Chris, Jason Bateman’s suit is great but the hair is terrible and his wife’s dress is a little too showy for a premiere. I love Jamie Fox’s choice of chocolate brown suit and I like his daughter’s shoes even if the dress is too short

Chris Pine looks great, but that is normal for him. I the most impressed with Jason.

Jason Sudeikis is my favorite. Those pops of green sell the whole look to me.

What’s with the little red dresses?? As much as I didn’t like that Dior dress, the one on Jamie’s daughter looks even worse – the little flared skirt is childishly short and goes up high awkwardly.
Jamie Foxx is my fave among men – smooth colour and cut, nice slim tie. Followed by Jason, who keeps it interesting on the styling front, not my fave cut of the pants though (seem a tad loose/wide) and the tie knot needed to be straightened a little bit.

I’d have given Jason Sedukis the win, but for those shoes. Those shoes always make me think he stepped in a wet puddle before going onto the red carpet. I like the unexpected blue/green combo. All look handsome.

Pine Nuts rejoice, lol. Looks like his hair is darker, longer, presumably for a role. But all of the men — men, not waifish boys — look exceptionally scrumptious, er, well-tailored here. Jamie Foxx’s daughter is gorgeous.
