Laura Harrier In Louis Vuitton – 2019 BAFTAs

Laura Harrier In Louis Vuitton - 2019 BAFTAs

Laura Harrier brought a bohemian spirit to the 2019 BAFTA Awards this evening (February 10) in London, England.

Predictably, she was in Louis Vuitton. But, the Pre-Fall 2019 dress had a flowing 1970s aura that was a departure from the modern shapes we often see from the brand.

Those who love the ‘BlacKkKlansman’ actress in colour will likely approve of this creamsicle orange. It plays off her complexion wonderfully and tempers the sass of the gaping keyhole neckline.

Aquazzura sandals completed her look.

Laura Harrier continues to stick to simple silhouettes for her red carpet look for the 2019 DGA Awards, where she joined Helen Mirren on Saturday (February 2) in Hollywood, California.

The ‘BlacKkKlansman’ star was exuding a cool-girl, sultry attitude in Brandon Maxwell’s Pre-Fall 2019 floor-grazing gown.

The focal point is the satin bodice that creates a simply seductive impression, but one can’t ignore those stunning Bulgari jewels.

Accessorised with stiletto-heeled sandals, this was a classic example of simple elegance.

Laura Harrier In Rosie Assoulin – WSJ. Magazine Talents and Legends Dinner

Fashion Blogger Catherine Kallon features Laura Harrier In Rosie Assoulin - WSJ. Magazine Talents and Legends Dinner

Laura Harrier attended the WSJ. Magazine Talents and Legends Dinner Honoring Lucas Hedges at Mr Chow on Tuesday (January 28) in Beverly Hills, California.

The actress continues to opt looks outside the LV collections, by donning a smart suit from Rosie Assoulin.

I’m glad to see that the exaggerated proportions of this Spring 2019 suit didn’t overwhelm her petite figure, and I love how the curved hips creates a flattering hourglass silhouette, emphasized by stitching through the waist and stripes.

Laura Harrier In Loewe – 2019 SAG Awards

Bright colours always captivate me on the red carpet.

So, I couldn’t help but turn my attention to Laura Harrier’s hot-pink dress at the 2019 SAG Awards on Sunday (January 27) in LA.

This Loewe design was imbued with a romantic quality in the strapless corset and modified pouf sleeves with the uneven skirting ensuring the girlishness isn’t taken too seriously.

Matching lip to dress was the right move here, as were the contrasting gemstone earrings.

Laura Harrier In Altuzarra – BAFTA Los Angeles Tea Party

Fashion Blogger Catherine Kallon features Laura Harrier In Altuzarra - BAFTA Los Angeles Tea Party

Laura Harrier dazzled at the BAFTA Los Angeles Tea Party on Saturday (January 5), alongside Gemma Chan, Emma Stone and Lily Collins.

The ‘BlacKkKlansman’ actress looked ready to party in Altuzarra Spring 2019.

The combination of the sequins, long paillettes and print could have been overkill but the sleek silhouettes and cut-outs keep things in check.

She didn’t overcook the outfit with her styling, either.

Like Kiki Layne, Laura Harrier made her debut at the 2019 Golden Globes on Sunday evening (January 6).

It shouldn’t come as much of a surprise that the ‘Spider-Man: Homecoming’ actress was clad in custom Louis Vuitton.

Sequins are a fixture during awards season but the printed bodice gave the shimmering fabric a fresh perspective. The top also brought some flirty fun to the slinky skirt.

Laura Harrier In Cushnie – 2019 Palm Springs International Film Festival Gala

Fashion Blogger Catherine Kallon features Laura Harrier In Cushnie - 2019 Palm Springs International Film Festival Gala

With ‘BlacKkKlansman’ up for Best Motion Picture at the Golden Globes, we are likely to see Laura Harrier on Sunday night, but her first appearance on the red carpet this year was at the 2019 Palm Springs International Film Festival Film Awards Gala on Thursday (January 3) in California.

The actress is known for her love of all things Louis Vuitton, but on this occasion she wore a Cushnie Pre-Fall 2019 column dress featuring an insert to give the illusion of two-pieces.

I feel like this look speaks to Laura’s natural style. Simple and effortless, which is why at times I don’t get the LV union.

Bulgari jewels and an icy clutch perfected her 2K19 look.

Laura Harrier showcased her new bangs while attending the 9th Annual Bombay Sapphire Artisan Series Finale on Thursday (December 6) in Miami Beach, Florida.

Those of you willing for her to break free from all things Louis Vuitton, will be happy to see her wearing her second non-LV look in a row.

On this occasion she opted for a flirty Dundas Pre-Fall 2019 LBD featuring embellishments which echoes the designer’s signature love of excess, and a charming pleated ruffle which was bound to flounce with every step.

Laura Harrier In Marc Jacobs – Art Basel Miami Beach 2018

Fashion Blogger Catherine Kallon feature the Laura Harrier In Marc Jacobs - Art Basel Miami Beach 2018

Laura Harrier made a sweet statement at Art Basel Miami Beach 2018 on Tuesday (December 4).

The ‘BlacKkKlansman’ actress was clad in a Marc Jacobs Spring 2019 organza ruffle top and gabardine dressy trousers.

The pastel look brought a smile to my face given the muted colours and the voluminous fabric draped off the shoulders.

Pairing the frilled style with the cropped wide-leg pants kept it chic as opposed to saccharine.

She added more playful panache to the ensemble with a pale pink Bulgari bag and jewels.

2018 InStyle Awards

Here is roundup of the other ladies who joined Lily Collins, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley and Tracee Ellis Ross at the 2018 InStyle Awards on Monday (October 22) in LA.

Jennifer Aniston: Water is wet. The sky is blue. Jennifer Aniston is wearing a black dress.

Laverne Cox: The actress was channeling her inner Beyonce Knowles wearing a Johanna Ortiz Resort 2017 dress which oozed plenty of latin flare.

ELLE’s 25th Annual Women In Hollywood Celebration

ELLE’s 25th Annual Women In Hollywood Celebration

ELLE’s 25th Annual Women In Hollywood celebration which took place on Monday (October 15) in Los Angeles, California, saw a lot more lovely ladies in attendance.

Sara Sampaio: The Portuguese beauty wore a stereotypical sexy Julien Macdonald Spring 2019 dress, which usually isn’t a surprise on most models, but it was for Sara.

Vanessa Hudgens: The actress appeared to be edging back to her boho roots in this Alberta Ferretti Spring 2018 pinafore dress. However, I wonder if the rust-hue denim jacket was necessary to sell this look?

Yara Shahidi: As one of the honorees for the night, the ‘Black-ish’ star donned a look from the co-host Calvin Klein. The dress appears to be a simple yellow sheath, until you clock the satin train at the back. To give the look another edge, she wore dual-colour sandals to round out her look.

Laura Harrier In The Row – Hammer Museum 16th Annual Gala In The Garden

Laura Harrier In The Row - Hammer Museum 16th Annual Gala In The Garden

Laura Harrier joined Zoe Saldana on the red carpet for the 2018 Hammer Museum Gala In The Garden on Sunday (October 14) in Los Angeles, California.

The actress, who has close ties with Louis Vuitton, wore a Spring 2019 jumpsuit from The Row.

I like this look depending on what angle I view it from.

From the side it has an airy vibe thanks to the train.

From the front, it looks like she’s carrying a backpack. I think this has a lot to do with her pose, or it could be due to the contrast of the black against the blue.

Giuseppe Zanotti ‘G-Heel sandals completed her look.
