Blake Lively In Bottega Veneta, Gucci, Wolk Morais & Givenchy Haute Couture – ‘A Simple Favor’ New York Promotion & Premiere

Blake Lively Bottega Veneta 2 - a simple favor good morning america

As Blake Lively continued celebrating her new movie ‘A Simple Favor,’ she was in New York City for more promotion and the premiere — which meant she marched out five different suited-up looks on Monday (September 10).

Good Morning America: In what may be her quirkiest suit moment yet, the actress played with patterns in this floral Gucci suit styled with a Bottega Veneta Fall 2018 trench and Stuart Weitzman ‘Juniper’ booties. It was a bit of a sensory overload, but I like that she’s having so much fun suiting up — althouth it did remind me of something we’d see on Jared Leto — if he wore cropped pants.

Nicole Kidman In Chloé & Bottega Veneta – 2018 Toronto International Film Festival

Nicole Kidman In Chloé & Bottega Veneta - 2018 Toronto International Film Festival

Nicole Kidman at Toronto International Film Festival should’ve been the highlight of my week, but sadly I wasn’t that excited by her looks.

DIRECTV House: What I do like about this Chloe look is Nicole’s commitment to it right down to the lug boots, but almost white hair is throwing me off.

‘Destroyer’ Toronto International Film Festival Premiere: For the premiere, she opted for Bottega Veneta Resort 2019 suiting. Again, not a bad look, but in the wrong light she looked really washed out.

Perhaps the reason for my disappointment is that I wanted to see glam Nicole at TIFF, and not suited and booted Nicole.

Blake Lively’s Fashion Weekender In Bottega Veneta – ‘A Simple Favor’ New York Promo Tour

Blake Lively's Fashion Weekender In Bottega Veneta - 'A Simple Favor' New York Promo Tour

Following Friday’s neon-green suit, Blake Lively kept up the menswear inspired looks when she continued to promote ‘A Simple Favor’ in New York on Saturday (August 18).

Working a different variation of the pantsuit, Blake stepped out wearing a Bottega Veneta Resort 2019 shorts suit.

I was immediately mesmerized by the green-and-purple kaleidoscopic print.

Pairing down the lookbook styling, but not by much, Blake looked very chic adding simple Stuart Weitzman sandals, a Bottega Veneta lilac ‘Spheres’ knot clutch from the Spring 2018 collection, awe-inspiring Lorraine Schwartz, which included emerald and ruby earrings, a magnificent pastel enamel broach of sapphire, ruby and diamond – which perfected her look – and a handful of sapphire, ruby, white and black diamond rings.

You can tell she loved this playful look. It looks like it was a lot of fun to style.

Once again I asked you. What’s not to love?

Entertainment Weekly Hosts Its Annual Comic-Con Party

After spending hours promoting their film and TV shows, celebs let their hair down at Entertainment Weekly’s Comic-Con Bash on Saturday (July 21) in San Diego, California.

Madelaine Petsch: I much prefer this dainty Monique Lhuillier Fall 2018 dress styled with ruby René Caovilla red pumps over the edgy look she tried to sell me during the day events. Summery and feminine; this feels more suited to her style.

Cole Sprouse: If you’re thinking that the actor was bold to pair this Bottega Veneta Fall 2018 red blazer and printed shirt. You’ll be interested to know that he could’ve gone further with the runway yellow trousers. But black works perfectly for a more refined look.

Lili Reinhart: The actress was oozing sensual elegance in her Ralph Lauren Pre-Fall 2018 Collection peony silk satin slip dress.

Front Row @ Louis Vuitton Spring 2019 Mens

There were a host of stars who joined Rihanna in the front row of Louis Vuitton’s Spring 2019 men’s show in Paris, France on Thursday afternoon (June 21).

ASAP Rocky: You may be distracted by the pearls and the man bag, but if you look at the close up of the rappers suit, you can see the it’s completely embossed with LV logo and is tailored to perfection.

Bella Hadid: Supporting her good friend Virgil Abloh, the model went for a sporty look paired with pumps, but that wasn’t the weird part. That was reserved for her hip bag which was also attached to her leg.

Chadwick Boseman: If you are looking for simple elegant with a sporty twist, look no further than Chadwick Boseman.

Anne Hathaway In Martin Grant & Bottega Veneta – The Late Show With Stephen Colbert & Out In New York City

If you’re thinking that something is different about Anne Hathaway during her press tour for ‘Ocean’s 8’, she’s has been working with celebrity stylist Law Roach, (who dresses Zendaya, Demi Lovato, Ariana Grande, and Celine Dion), so this new level of glam and colour should come as a surprise.

The Late Show With Stephen Colbert: Following her pumpkin and gold hued outfit upon arrival, she amped up the glitzy in this Martin Grant Fall 2018 gold, one-shoulder dress for the main event. The metallics didn’t end with the dress as Anne completed her look with Gianvito Rossi ‘Opera’ sandals, which wrapped right up her ankle.

Menswear Red Carpet Roundup

The men have been showcasing their style credentials as much as the ladies this week.

Khalid: Taking a casual preppy approach, the New Artist Billboard Award winner wore Fendi to the ceremony on Sunday (May 20). The burnt orange colour typically has an autumnal feel but it suits his colouring and is kept fresh with the white trainers and hoodie.

Donald Glover: Further demonstrating his mastery of vintage-inspired looks, he was outfitted in Bottega Veneta Spring 2018 with Christian Louboutin ‘Dandelion’ loafers for the ‘Solo: A Star Wars Story’ London photocall on Friday (May 18), joining Phoebe Waller-Bridge and Emilia Clarke. The shoes cleverly echo the warm tone in the top.

Darren Criss: The former ‘Glee’ actor was suited and booted in Dior Homme at the 2018 Billboard Music Awards on Sunday (May 20). The footwear adds some edge, but it’s all about the eye-popping effect of that blue collar.

‘Solo: A Star Wars Story’ Cannes Film Festival Premiere Red Carpet Roundup

The fashion was strong at the ‘Solo: A Star Wars Story’ Cannes Film Festival premiere on Tuesday evening (May 15). Attendees joined Emilia Clarke, Phoebe Waller-BridgeThandie Newton and Elizabeth Debicki.

Liu Wen: Never one to go down the sheer, bedazzled route, she shone in Bottega Veneta Fall 2018. She borrowed styling ideas from the runway, but added a Bottega Veneta clutch. The rich marigold colour had such a sumptuous air. I’m curious to see how the ankle boots will go down.

Toni Garrn: The German model showed some leg in Roberto Cavalli Couture. It certainly embodied the designer’s sensual aesthetic. It also showed a level of craftsmanship for the way the lining perfectly matched her skin tone with no distracting bra cups or panty lines.

Doutzen Kroes: The Dutch beauty traded in the gown for strong-shouldered Tom Ford separates paired with pink Tom Ford pumps. Some ensembles with exaggerated shoulders haven’t gone down well, but the proportions of this look shouldn’t offend.

Priyanka Chopra In Bottega Veneta & Dion Lee – Out In New York City

With another set of street-style ensembles, Priyanka Chopra was once again seen out and about in New York City after yesterday’s duo of looks.

It wasn’t just her cute, furry companion that had me easily adoring this Bottega Veneta Spring 2018 sundress on Thursday (May 3).

The carefree frock was such an ode to springtime in the city.

And, when Priyanka paired it with an olive-green Bottega Veneta ‘City Knot’ bag and those playful Christian Louboutin ‘Space Bool’ pumps, the entire look was such a sassy-sweet way to walk in the sun.

Shailene Woodley In Bottega Veneta – CinemaCon Presentation Of ‘Adrift’

From a distance, I barely recognized Shailene Woodley who was also at CinemaCon, attending the presentation of ‘Adrift,’ on Tuesday (April 24) in Las Vegas, Nevada.

The actress has debuted a new jet-black ’do to go alongside her mauve Bottega Veneta Pre-Fall 2018 peplum dress.

If it were not for the allure of the cutouts at the bodice, we may have faulted the ladylike frock for being a bit lacklustre for the young star.

I do think her blush-tinged makeup was a lovely addition with additional sass offered by Stuart Weitzman ‘Square Nudist’ retro red suede sandals.

Atelier Swarovski by Christopher Kane ‘Bolster Hoop Earrings’ completed the look.

‘The Big Picture’ CinemaCon Presentation of ‘Ocean’s 8’

Finally. The moment we’ve all been waiting for. The start of the ‘Ocean’s 8’ promo tour.

Sarah Paulson, Mindy Kaling, Sandra Bullock, Cate Blanchett, Anne Hathaway and Awkwafina took to the red carpet for ‘The Big Picture’ CinemaCon presentation of ‘Ocean’s 8’ on Tuesday (April 24) in Las Vegas, Nevada, all bringing their own touch of sparkle to the event.

Sarah Paulson: The actress shimmered in a gilded Alberta Ferretti Fall 2018 dress -sans the runway boots- which was both sophisticated and chic. Sarah tends to prefer moody hues, so I was delighted by this bright offering.

Mindy Kaling: Keeping things simple and sweet, Mindy opted to forgo colour for a striped Stella McCartney Pre-Fall 2018 look styled with Nicholas Kirkwood heels. You may remember that Naomi Watts wore a similar version of this dress recently.

Sandra Bullock: Sandra can tend to stick to LBDs, so I was thankful that opted for a Johanna Ortiz Wasai kimono and leather trousers from the Spring 2018 collection. The Colombian designer tends to champion her native country, however, it seems this look was influenced by Japanese culture on this occasion. Alexis Bitter jewels completed her look.

Cate Blanchett: I know some of you have very strong feeling about Gucci, but I love how chic this retro inspired Pre-Fall 2018 cream jacquard suit with black velvet contrast detailing is. The look was further amped up with an opulent gold necklace.

Anne Hathaway: It’s so good to see Anne Hathaway back on the red carpet. She returns wearing a Bottega Veneta Spring 2018 dress with colourful stud embellishments that lends attention-to-detail and modern attitude to her look.

Awkwafina: She may not be as recognisable as her cast mates, but the actress held her own rocking a Topshop striped blazer and matching striped trousers, styled with Nicholas Kirkwood sandals.
