Christian Louboutin & Laura Brown Celebrate The Debut Of The 'Elisa'

Christian Louboutin and Laura Brown (Editor in Chief of InStyle Magazine) celebrated the debut of the ‘ELISA,’ held at The Paramour Estate on Thursday (December 5) in Los Angeles, California.

Who’s Elisa? I hear you say.

She is the newest addition to the Christian Louboutin family.

Inspired by the enchantment of Egypt, the ‘Elisa’ bag collection features architectural lines that echo the ancient culture.

This range comes in a large shoulder bag, mini and belt bag.

Elisa Sednaoui Dellal:  The model, who is the name and face of this line, opted for a typical bohemian look from Diane von Furstenberg.  As vibrant and detailed as the fringed dress was, there was no upstaging her colourful Christian Louboutin ‘Elisa’ bag.  The look was accompanied by Christian Louboutin ‘Sova Broda’ sandals.

Darren Criss:  The actor may have worn Dior Men to the GQ Men of the Year event, but we all know he’s a Balmain boy at heart. The satin cummerbund steals focus here, along with the teal blue t-shirt.  Should he have worn black?  The look was complete with Christian Louboutin ‘Joker’ boots, which are a favourite of Stephan James.

Storm Reid:  I almost didn’t recognize Storm Reid with her new hairstyle.  Her braids have very much been her signature for quite some time now.  As the new decades approaches, it’s time for change.  The actress don hot-pink Off-White.  The padded shoulders weren’t out of control like Jennifer Lopez’s look, thankfully.  Storm carried the ‘Elisa’ in black with Christian Louboutin’s ‘Optisexy’ pumps completing the look.

Kaitlyn Dever: The young actress sprinkled some fairy-tale magic onto the red carpet at this event wearing a Monique Lhuillier Fall 2019 strapless tulle dress with a cape accented with pearls.  This look might remind you of Brie Larson’s ‘The Glass Castle’ New York Screening dress which she presented in a pretty pale-pink colour.   The look was styled with Christian Louboutin ‘Araborda’ sandals and the Christian Louboutin ‘Elisa’ belt bag, which multi-tasks as a clutch.

Jameela Jamil:  Greta Constantine isn’t the first designer who springs to mind when you think of an animal print peplum dress, but this is breath-taking.  Jameela styled her look with classic Christian Louboutin ‘So Kate’ pumps.

Laura Brown: The hostess seemed to match her surroundings in this bold print La DoubleJ Visconti dress with the ‘Elisa’ bag and Christian Louboutin Kronobotte’ boots that will be mine.

Joey King: The actress has become quite a force to be reckoned with in fashion.  On this occasion the colourful dresses she’s become recognized for, gave way to this edgy fishnet look from Ann Demeulemeester’s Spring 2020 collection, which I didn’t see coming.  A reflective, colourful ‘Elisa’ mini and Louboutin’s ‘Super’ pumps completed her look.

Sasha Luss:  I think I will go to bed dreaming about those Christian Louboutin glitter mesh ‘Nancy’ booties.  She also added a Christian Louboutin ‘Marie Jane Bucket’ bag to her Hellessy Fall 2019 outfit.
