Menswear End Of The Week Red Carpet Roundup

Here is the final roundup for the fellas who have been showcasing a range of styles from LA, Melbourne to Paris this week.

Cole Sprouse: This double-breasted suit would’ve come off as pretty standard had it not been for the injection of blood-red via his turtleneck.

Troye Sivan: The peformer attended the NGV Gala 2018 in Melbourne wearing an ivory and black trimmed Valentino look especially designed for him by Creative Director Pierpaolo Piccioli. I love the reinterpreted blazer, which instantly feels modern with the cape detail. This is a shoe-in for BDOTW.

Stephan James: Kiki Layne may be getting all the plaudits for her style, but that should also be attributed to Stephan too. I mean, does they guy even own a black or navy suit? Once again he embraced colour, and print, in a way that was ensured that he would stand out for all the right reasons in Grayscale. David Yurman accessories completed his look.

Kiki Layne In Christian Dior – 2018 GQ Men Of The Year Party

Fashion Blogger Catherine Kallon feature the Kiki Layne In Christian Dior - 2018 GQ Men Of The Year Party

While Dua Lipa was celebrating Women In Music on Thursday (December 6) in New York City, Kiki Layne was showing some love to the fellas at the 2018 GQ Men Of The Year Party in Beverly Hills, California.

From a culottes suit to mini dress, it was an interesting journey for this Christian Dior Spring 2019 look.

Kiki’s tailored look feels so fresh and youthful.

I love how the over-the-knee suede boots create a sultry silhouette and Lady Dior amour embroidered bag provided some contrast to prevent the look from feeling one-tone.

Her hair…is giving me so much life.

Juana Acosta In Georges Hobeika Couture – GQ Men Of The Year Awards 2018

Juana Acosta In Georges Hobeika - GQ Men Of The Year Awards 2018

Juana Acosta attended the 2018 GQ Men of the Year Awards on Thursday (November 22) in Madrid, Spain.

The actress turned heads wearing a Georges Hobeika Spring 2018 Couture gown.

While I much prefer her Maticevski look from earlier in the week, this green gown featuring an asymmetric shoulder strap, embellished with multicolour rhinestone, is still worthy of high praise.

I adore the complementary styling and ponytail keeps the look feeling fresh.

You may remember that Josephine Skriver wore this same gown to the Chopard Secret Night party during Cannes Film Festival.

Naomi Watts In Prada – GQ Australia Men Of The Year Awards 2018

Naomi Watts Prada - GQ Australia Men Of The Year Awards 2018

Naomi Watts joined Emily Ratajkowski for the 2018 GQ Australia Men Of The Year Awards in Sydney on Wednesday (November 14).

When you think of the GQ Awards, Julien Macdonald barely-there dresses spring to mind, but Naomi was never going to follow that trend.

Instead she kept things simple and respectable wearing a black Prada dress which was illuminated with tonal crystal details that she complemented with a Prada decadent black clutch bag with an ostrich feather trim.

Emily Ratajkowski In Paco Rabanne - GQ Australia Men Of The Year Awards 2018

Emily Ratajkowski attended the 2018 GQ Australia Men Of The Year Awards in Sydney tonight (November 14).

The mix-match hippy aesthetic of Paco Rabanne’s Spring 2019 collection isn’t an easy collection to pull off.

While the ‘I Feel Pretty’ actress used this look to showcase her second best asset, her abs, this gypsy vibe isn’t working for me, or her for that matter.

Yes, “try something new” is something we ALWAYS say in reference to Emily, but skipping down the hippie trail is perhaps the wrong direction, or it’s just not properly executed here.

Irina Shayk & Donatella Versace In Atelier Versace – 2018 GQ Men of the Year Awards

Irina Shayk & Donatella Versace In Atelier Versace - 2018 GQ Men of the Year Awards

The 2018 GQ Men of the Year Awards took place on Thursday (November 8) in Berlin, Germany, with model-muse and designer decked out in Atelier Versace.

Irina Shayk: The supermodel wore a silver beaded Atelier Versace mini dress which I love for the intricate detailing. I can imagine how mind-blowing it is in person. The look was kept edgy thigh-high chainmail Versace boots. The only thing missing here is a slick back do.

Donatella Versace: Just in case you are struggling to know what iconic looks like, Donatella is on hand to show you who, and how. The designer picked up the Fashion Award, being the perfect embodiment of fashion in her gold Atelier Versace dress and boots combo. It should be a crime to look this good. Having been to the Versace Atelier and seeing firsthand how they hand make these pieces, I’m truly in awe of the magnitude of this piece.
