Airbnb.org Gala 2026: Red Carpet Fashion Roundup
Charlize Theron wasn’t the only star making a fashion statement at the inaugural Airbnb.org Gala in Los Angeles. Here are the other notable looks from the evening.

Feeling Blue, Again.
Following her colourful look at the Academy Museum Gala, Greta Lee continued her love affair with colour in this gorgeous LII Spring 2027 dress, styled with Tiffany & Co. jewellery. I love the combination of powder blue and mint green, while the asymmetric hem adds interest to the silhouette. Even the Gianvito Rossi white pumps get my approval, as they complement the freshness of the pastel palette.

Familiar Territory
Adéla wore a black Saint Laurent by Anthony Vaccarello gown with MiaDonna jewellery. We’ve already seen this distinctive cut-out design on Zoë Kravitz and Olandria, so the novelty has worn off somewhat, but the singer’s pink hair gives it a completely different attitude.

Burgundy Brilliance
Camila Alves McConaughey wore a burgundy sequinned Sergio Hudson Spring 2026 gown featuring a keyhole neckline. The colour is gorgeous on her, and she didn’t need to do much to sell this look to me. One of my favourites, if not my absolute favourite, from this event.

Vintage Cavalli
Charli XCX selected a vintage Roberto Cavalli Fall 2005 gown, complete with metallic fabric, black embellishments and feathered trim. This feels entirely suited to her fashion personality. On someone else, it could have looked dated, but Charli makes it work.

Keeping It Simple
Cynthia Erivo was back in black, wearing a Cong Tri Spring 2026 gown. Considering how elaborate her red carpet style can be, this was a surprisingly understated yet stunning choice. The draping is beautiful, and her colourful manicure supplies the personality we’ve come to expect.

Tailored Appeal
Demi Lovato wore a black Schiaparelli suit, with the corseted waist and gold accents making this far more interesting than a conventional trouser suit. Giuseppe Zanotti shoes completed her look.

Green Light
While Elle Fanning was channelling Effie Trinket on the red carpet at the London premiere of The Hunger Games: Sunrise on the Reaping, Elizabeth Banks, who played the same character in the original films, attended this event wearing a lime-green Self-Portrait mini dress, accessorised with Retrouvaà earrings and rings. The colour is fantastic, but the black shoes were a bust, even with those pink heels.

Classic Donna Karan
Jessica Alba is the latest celebrity to opt for an archival look, wearing a black one-shoulder Donna Karan Fall 2003 gown styled with Gabriel & Co. jewellery. The draping is flattering, and while there’s nothing particularly surprising here, it’s an elegant choice that works for her.

Silver Statement
Kelly Rowland wore a silver embellished Yara Shoemaker Fall 2026 Couture gown. This was one of the more memorable looks on a night when most leaned heavily towards black. Between the intricate embellishments and the figure-hugging silhouette, Kelly was easily among the best dressed.

Noticeably Sheer
I’m wondering if Madelyn Cline noticed just how sheer her black Wiederhoeft Spring 2026 gown was. Perhaps not. The transparency would have been far less noticeable had she opted for skin-tone underwear. Gabriel & Co. earrings and a ring completed her look.

Velvet After Dark
Quenlin Blackwell wore a Balmain Fall 2026 velvet gown with a lingerie-inspired bodice. I don’t know about you, but Teyana Taylor immediately sprang to mind. Perhaps it’s the abs, but I can also picture the One Battle After Another actress wearing this exact look.

Animal Instinct
Serena Williams brought a little animal magic to the red carpet in an embellished leopard-print Clio Peppiatt Eartha dress. The dress is fabulous, although I’m not entirely convinced by the platinum-blonde hair.

Draped in White
Sienna Miller wore a white Alberta Ferretti gown with Tiffany & Co. jewellery. The draping and asymmetric neckline are lovely, and this feels like a natural fit for Sienna’s style.
Styled by Kate Foley and Alexandra Cronan.

Neutral Territory
Tracee Ellis Ross wore Michael Kors Fall 2026, pairing her beige gown with a matching clutch. While the silhouette is elegant, I can’t help feeling that Tracee is heading back into her understated phase. However, I love the oversized earrings and the unexpected glimpse of leopard print from her shoes.

A Pop of Red
Chloë Grace Moretz wore a black Louis Vuitton suit, with the red bandeau adding a welcome pop of colour and personality. It’s a simple styling choice, but it makes all the difference to an otherwise conventional black suit.

Tuxedo Dressing
We’ve seen a lot of oversized tailoring lately, and while Uma Thurman’s recent attempt didn’t work for me, Zoe Saldana shows how it can be done in this The Row tuxedo. The relaxed proportions feel natural on her. I also love the diamond Cartier necklace, which is just the right accessory for that plunging neckline. Gianvito Rossi Beki sandals completed her look.
