Joseph Zada Lets the Tailoring Do the Talking in Gucci

Joseph Zada, who plays a young Haymitch Abernathy in The Hunger Games: Sunrise on the Reaping, joined his co-stars on the red carpet for the film’s premiere last night.

Unlike his co-stars, however, there was no immediate reference to the film in his look, as he opted for a Gucci Spring 2027 suit from the Italian house’s The Store show.

The tailoring was excellent, and the fit was equally impressive. I particularly liked the contrast between the oversized grey jacket, pale blue shirt and pinstriped trousers, finished with a silver Gucci Horsebit belt.

With the women going all out with their thematic dressing, Joseph provided the perfect counterpoint. Sometimes, a great suit is all you need, and this was certainly one of those occasions.

I’m also glad he left the runway jewellery behind. The belt was more than enough.
