‘What Men Want’ LA Premiere

Fashion Blogger Catherine Kallon Features 'What Men Want' LA Premiere

Taraji P. Henson stars in ‘What Men Want’ which premiered in LA on Monday (January 28) with a host of her friends supporting her on the red carpet.

Erykah Badu: On anyone else this Marine Serre printed catsuit, top hat and Y/Project boots – which we’ve seen on Rihanna – would seem crazy, but by Erykah’s standards, I would say this is quite tame. I’m almost disappointed.

Phoebe Robinson: I was instantly drawn to Phoebe Alice + Olivia ‘Jae’ embellished gown, but the pièce de résistance – aside from the wide open back – was her beautiful updo.

Kelly Rowland x Fabletics Capsule Collection Launch Event

Fashion Blogger Catherine Kallon features Kelly Rowland And Fabletics Celebrate Launch Of Kelly's Capsule Collection

Kelly Rowland’s new year is off to a great start.

She’s preparing to star as Gladys Knight in the BET original series American Soul, and she’s just launched her own athletic wear collection with Fabletics, and with that toned bod, I can’t think anyone who’s better suited to provide some gym wear inspo, and the campaign images below are just as breath-taking.

The limited edition Kelly Rowland collection for aims to make “every woman feel bold and powerful” and is inspired by the singer’s “dynamic life, career and passion for dance” and will reflect her “on-the-go lifestyle as a working mum who is focused on health, wellness and maintaining a balanced, active life”, said the brand in a statement.

Spotify’s 2nd Annual Secret Genius Awards

Spotify's 2nd Annual Secret Genius Awards

Bebe Rexha and Kelly Rowland proved that black is far from one-note at Spotify’s 2nd Annual Secret Genius Awards on Friday (November 16) in LA.

Bebe Rexha: With all the women’s suiting we’ve seen, I loved this flirty sartorial twist on the tuxedo mini from the Alessandra Rich Fall 2018 collection paired with leggings. I would venture to say the necklace and giant Brian Atwood platforms weren’t necessary. But, I did love her hot-pink lip.

Kelly Rowland: How striking is this custom Azzi & Osta jumpsuit that was like a wearable sculpture — and fit her to perfection. Narcisa Pheres carved jade diamond earrings and a Tyler Ellis clutch perfected the dynamic, undulating look.

2018 Baby2Baby Gala

Glamorous ladies were out in full force at the 2018 Baby2Baby Gala on Saturday (November 10) in California. They attended alongside Olivia MunnAmy Adams and Rachel Bilson.

Kelly Rowland: The singer shimmered in a custom Krikor Jabotian gown and Sarah Flint shoes. The jewels added even more sparkle to the megawatt look. It would have made for a brilliant performance ensemble.

Lauren Conrad: Forgoing the night’s popular black theme, she decided on a softer approach in Rhea Costa and carried a top-handle bag.

Zoe Saldana: Opting for simplicity, the actress showcased structured tailoring in plunging Saint Laurent. With a pared-down design it made the dragging hem all the more obvious.

City of Hope Spirit Of Life Gala 2018

City of Hope Spirit Of Life Gala 2018

There were many of celebs who watched Beyonce Knowles perform at the City of Hope Spirit of Life Gala on Thursday (October 11) in Santa Monica, California.

Kelly Rowland: The singer dazzle in this Yousef Aljasmi beaded gown, but I couldn’t help but notice the body shaper underneath.

Rita Ora: When Rita wore Miu Miu this week, many of you didn’t like it, but on this occasion the singer went glam in Prada.

‘BlacKkKlansman’ LA Premiere

'BlacKkKlansman' LA Premiere

There were many more stars who attended the LA premiere of ‘BlacKkKlansman’ on Wednesday (August 8) in Beverly Hills, California, joining Damaris Lewis, Laura Harrier and Pom Klementieff.

Yara Shahidi: With ‘BlacKkKlansman’ hitting theaters this Friday (August 10) and ‘Crazy Rich Asians’ hitting theaters the following Wednesday (August 15), Yara has shown her support for both of these great films which include incredibly talented African American and Asian American actors. The film genre may be different, but her love for Prada remained the same, as this time she wore a black knit dress with an embellished neckline which steps away from yesterdays cutesy mold. This look feels more like the Yara I love with a little more creativity and a lot more bite.

John David Washington: The actor donned a Gucci Cruise 2018 dark blue notch lapel Monaco suit which was far from boring with its red and white dots pattern. The green panther embroidered tie might have been a detail too far for some, but I love it when a guy steps up and does something a little bit different.
