This Ashlyn Spring 2026 dress sits somewhere in between. There is an ease to it, certainly, with the soft white tone and airy silhouette bringing a summery freshness that worked beautifully for a spring gala. I also found the texture interesting.

The question mark is the layer. Part of it is how the dress settles on her frame, which made me wonder if the look might have landed better had the silhouette been streamlined and less bulky. Without that extra layer, the summery ease and textured simplicity may have come through more clearly.

The black clutch and sandy Herbert Levine Kiss and Tell suede mules also feel disconnected.
