Diane Kruger Wore Prada To The ‘Dossier 137’ Cannes Film Festival Premiere

Diane Kruger made her first appearance of the 2025 Cannes Film Festival at the Dossier 137 premiere, and true to form, she didn’t hold back.

Clad in Prada, she gave us shimmering sophistication in a dusty blue transparent gown drenched in paillettes. The matching stole? Glorious. It instantly transported me to a bygone era of old Hollywood elegance—Marilyn-worthy, even.

But then, there was that white duchesse satin inlay across the bust. And the matching headband. I hate to say it, but I stared longer at those than I did at the gown’s sparkle. They just didn’t feel like they were playing on the same team. The colour contrast wasn’t the issue—it’s more that they didn’t feel connected to the rest of the look.

I’d genuinely love to hear the backstory from the designer or stylist, because I’m sure there’s a bigger vision here I’m missing. As always, Diane brings the drama and the intrigue—this time, just with a dash of sartorial mystery. Fred Paris jewels and Prada heels sealed the deal.
