Lizzo Wore Gucci To The 2022 BET Awards

Lizzo returned to the red carpet for the 2022 BET Awards held at the Microsoft Theater on Sunday (June 26) in Los Angeles, California.

The singer wore a custom Gucci navy blue lurex gown.

The standout features are the plunging neckline, black feather trims and the lace corset which should’ve been more supportive.

What always stood out was how joyless this was.

Am I alone with this feeling?

I adore the grandiose nature of it all, as it fits her star power, but I almost wish she brought back the ill-fitting Hershey bar dress. 

At least she had fun with that look.
