In the space of 48 hours the actress has given us three looks while promoting the new season of her hit show, ‘The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel.’
When we think of Rachel Brosnahan, we think of classic styles, so I was delighted to see her step out of her comfort-zone on these occasions; serving up an array of style, colour and prints.
We got the obligatory balcony shots, plus an addition bonus of a stairway photoshoot.
My jaw was on the floor when it came to this Sergio Hudson Fall 2021 look.
It’s a fairly simple three-piece look – turtleneck, pencil skirt and belt – but the colour, fit and slit really heighten drama and imbue a sultry mood.
Red has always been a great colour for Rachel, as her Brandon Maxwell and Oscar de la Renta gowns have proved.
Between the tie-dye and the roped detail which cinches the bodice, this Altuzarra Spring 2022 dress is easily my favourite of the three.
It’s the uniqueness, print and the way Rachel is selling the dress that does it for me.
I would wear this in a heart-beat.
Also hailing from the Altuzarra Spring 2022 collection was the bright blue Adoni plissé-effect blouse and Pandia skirt.
I adore the mix of blues, but I don’t trust that simple string fastening on the blouse. I would be on edge with regards to a wardrobe malfunction.
I would’ve loved a daintier shoe with this light-weight fabric.
