Victoria Beckham, together with Sotheby’s, hosted a celebration of Andy Warhol with Don Julio 1942 at the fashion designer’s Dover Street flagship boutique in London on Monday (September 30).
No one will be surprised to see the fashion designer in a look from her own collection, with this Victoria Beckham Resort 2020 monochromatic ensemble offering a subtle yet signature silhouette with the oversized, ruffle blouse and fit-and-flare trousers.
It doesn’t look as if she had on a brightly hued shoe, but I wouldn’t have minded a pop of colour.
Eva Longoria was also in attendance to celebrate, and she was also wearing a Victoria Beckham design — hers from the Pre-Fall 2019 collection.
While I applaud the hot-pink heels and clutch here, I cannot really get on board with the rest of the look.
And, that’s mainly because the python-print dress appeared rather improperly fitted to the petite star.
If the fabric wasn’t bunched through the midsection and the sleeves weren’t so long, we may have had a look.
