Women In Film 2015 Crystal + Lucy Awards Red Carpet Roundup

Women In Film 2015 Crystal + Lucy Awards Red Carpet Roundup

More lovelies were in attendance at the Women in Film 2015 Crystal + Lucy Awards, hosted at the Hyatt Regency Century Plaza on Tuesday (June 16) in Los Angeles, California

Kate Mara: The actress enlivened her sweetly chic Max Mara LBD with Bionda Castana ‘Daphne Bis’ camouflage pumps for a quirky flair that was far preferred over black pumps.

Mena Suvari: I wish her slightly unkempt hair had the same feminine, refined polish as the Naeem Khan Fall 2015 black lace-embellished dress and black Jerome C. Rousseau heels.

Angie Harmon: I loved the ultra-refined simplicity and effortless elegance of this streamlined Max Mara red gown in which silver metallic accents including a wrist cuff and Kotur clutch put just the right amount of flash into this minimalist statement.

Tessa Thompson: The actress let her burgundy Max Mara frock shine—literally—by keeping her accessories straightforward with a Rauwolf clutch and black pumps.

Lake Bell: She skipped a dress in favour of a sophisticatedly languid Max Mara black jumpsuit. While the clutch seemed a bit oversized, I would have loved to see her amp up her classic, barely-there beauty look just a tiny notch.

Teresa Palmer: She wore the token sheer gown that has become a ubiquitous staple at events. While the embroidery of her Max Mara dress was beautiful, I have a feeling that some may call the transparency into question. She completed the look with a complementary Rauwolf clutch and a vampy oxblood lip.

What happen to Regina, Sandra & Nicole? Seriously my top! And none of it was Max Mara…

Teresa kinda pulls that gown off and Angie looks great.

Kate and Angie out of the bunch. Not super impressed with the other ladies.

What is going on with RCFA lately? Seems so empty…

Angie Harmon looks great–the rest, pretty uninspiring.

I think Kate might be my favorite of the bunch. Yes, it’s quite simple and it is black… but I think it’s pretty chic and the shoes and clutch assure it’s not boring. Thank god she didn’t wear black pumps.

Angie looks great. Simple and sexy. Like the way she styled it too.

I love Mena’s dress. I don’t mind her slightly messy hair, but don’t like the too big clutch and the boring black peep-toes.

    Kate and Angie only.

  12. Elizabeth June 18, 2015 at 3:40 am #

Why is everyone wearing Max Mara?

    • Christine June 18, 2015 at 3:49 am #

      They sponsored the event

Nothing to get excited about, but Angie Harmon of the bunch in the simple and flattering red gown.
