Ellie Goulding Wore LaPointe On Good Morning America
Ellie Goulding made a guest appearance on ‘Good Morning America on Thursday (March 16), where she performed ‘Like a Saviour’ from her forthcoming album, ‘Higher Than Heaven.’
The British singer arrived wearing a LaPointe satin-finish cut-out wrap top and low-rise satin-finish trousers from the Resort 2023 collection.
If your first thought was that something is off with this look, you would be right, as it appears that the crop top has been modified, and I noticed this before I even studied how it appeared on the model.
The issue isn’t the modification, because perhaps she was worried that the keyhole was too wide, or she wanted a double layer to prevent her nipples showing through the top.
The execution of the modification is the issue. You can see exactly where the changes were made, and the result is an ill-fitting top.
This is such a shame considering this cinnamon-hue looks gorgeous with her new darker hair colour.
