Tribeca Film Festival Red Carpet Roundup

Here is a roundup from the Tribeca Film Festival premieres which took place this week.

Olivia DeJonge attended the ‘Elvis’ premiere while returning to her promising form wearing this gold metallic Gucci suit, which not only makes a striking on-theme statement, but it’s also impeccably tailored.

You’ll either find this too literal, or love that she tried something new.

It looks like Gucci continues to be a winning brand for her.

Bvlgari jewels and a Judith Leiber clutch completed her look.

As you know I love Issa Rae in colour, but for the ‘Vengeance’ premiere she opted to wear a black lace dress from the Rodarte Fall 2022 collection.

Considering she is promoting a film about a radio host who attempts to solve the murder of his girlfriend, opting not to wear her usual colourful red carpet dresses made sense on this occasion.

Hannah Einbinder attended the ‘Elvis’ premiere wearing a Ralph Lauren Pre-Fall 2022 Collection Glen Plaid suit with a jacquard tie.

I personally would’ve loved a more fitted look, but as we know this is very on brand for her.

Abbey Lee attended ‘The Forgiven’ premiere wearing a suit which is emblematic of Saint Laurent’s razor-sharp aesthetic with its structured tailoring.

Emily Robinson attended ‘The Year Between’ premiere wearing a sunny Dolce & Gabbana white poplin dress styled with blush pink patent leather Casadei ‘Blade’ pumps and pink rose molded Dolce & Gabbana earrings.

Dove Cameron’s latest glam-goth or ‘whimsy goth’ look was for the ‘Vengeance’ premiere, where she joined co-star Issa Rae.

She wore an Atelier Versace Spring 1997 black gown, which was potentially the final dress designed by Gianni Versace, as this collection was showcased a week before he was taken from us.

This gown is very enchanting and is probably one of Dove’s best looks of 2022.

Madeline Brewer attended the ‘Space Oddity’ premiere wearing a sultry Stella McCartney lace insert dress with Stuart Weitzman sandals and Alexis Bittar earrings.

Jurnee Smollett opted for a totally different look for the ‘Eve’s Bayou’ premiere following the ‘Spiderhead’ New York premiere.

On this occasion she was channeling the ‘60s in a Stella McCartney mini dress styled with Christian Louboutin ‘Hot Chick’ pumps.

And our final black dress from Tribeca Film Festival is courtesy of Naturi Naughton from the ‘88’ premiere, where she wore a Christian Siriano Fall 2021 strapless number.

I would’ve been on board with this had the styling elevated the dress.
