Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge Wore Jenny Packham To The Governor General of Jamaica’s Dinner Party

Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge Wore Jenny Packham To The Governor General of Jamaica's Dinner

Catherine, Duchess of Cambridge attended a dinner hosted by Patrick Allen, Governor General of Jamaica, at King’s House on Wednesday (March 23) in Kingston, Jamaica, with Prince William, Duke of Cambridge.

I know some of you were shocked that I didn’t add Catherine to my end of year honours for her Jenny Packham James Bond gown.

As much as I loved that dress, I wasn’t sold on the hair.

When it comes to Catherine in this new green Jenny Packham gown ALL the elements are working in perfect harmony.

Ethereal, fairy tale-inspired designs are a Jenny Packham speciality, and this gown ensured that Catherine made the most enchanting of entrances to this dinner party.

I adore this shade of teal-green, and the contemporary flourishes.

The Royal Family Order of Queen Elizabeth II, featuring a yellow ribbon and a miniature portrait of the Queen, was pinned at the top of the dress.

The Dame Grand Cross of the Royal Victorian Order was accented to her waist, while her earrings, from the Queen’s emerald tassel parure, felt like a nod to Her Majesty, who the Duchess and Duke are representing on this trip.

Catherine has worn many stunning Jenny Packham gowns in the past, and this one racks highly in my favourites. This isn’t recency bias talking.
