Emily Blunt Wore Gucci & Self-Portrait Promoting ‘A Quiet Place Part II’

Emily Blunt Wore Gucci & Self-Portrait Promoting ‘A Quiet Place Part II’

Before ‘A Quiet Place Part II’ hits theatres this weekend, Emily Blunt presented two more looks as she continued to promote her film.

Sticking with tailoring, the British actress wore a pink and raspberry set from Gucci’s Pre-Fall 2020 collection.

Considering that many aren’t crazy about the GG monogram print, or the Eterotopia patch that Gucci apply to their tailoring, I’m curious about your thoughts on this one.

Personally I find the patch a little unnecessary. I probably didn’t mind it at first, but it’s a case of the more I see it, the more jarring it becomes.

With regards to the overall loo;, I’m happy to see a return of pretty colours for Emily.

At first I thought this Self-Portrait Spring 2021 look was a cut-out dress, but it’s a crop top and pencil skirt.

Self-Portrait has a few signature flourishes that often appear in their collections; think big ruffles, voluminous shoulders and soft pastels, but this look takes on an entirely new tone.

I love the sleek silhouette, and her decision to keep the look modest even though I personally would’ve popped a few of those buttons.

Christian Louboutin sandals and jewelry from Bondeye, Anita Ko and DRU completed her look.
