Min Pechaya In Ashi Studio Couture – ‘A Hidden Life’ Cannes Film Festival Premiere

Min Pechaya In Ashi Studio Couture - ‘A Hidden Life’ Cannes Film Festival Premiere

Min Pechaya attended the Cannes Film Festival premiere of  ‘A Hidden Life (Une Vie Cachée)’ on Sunday (May 19) in France.

The Thai model picked up where Araya. A. Hargate left off, wearing a dramatic gown.

And they don’t come more dramatic, or detailed than Ashi Studio.

This Spring 2019 Couture gown may look like its hails from Victorian times, yet it didn’t feel out of place on this red carpet.

Some might say this feels bridal, but it feels very regal to me.

I love Ashi studio and I love the detailing. Its exquisite…..but it also far too bridal adjacent.
How about another color – it would of been great.

Beautiful bridal dress but too severe for me.

she is one groom away from a happy bride.
    *Cue the wedding bells*

A h2t well-executed look, I don’t mind the bridal feel – it’s Cannes, all goes – my nitpick is that it feels a bit too covered up/wintery for the spring festival.

Would be great for a royal wedding, hard to appreciate fully in this setting, as gorgeous as she looks.

Too bad priyanka didn’t get her hands on this gown first.

When I saw this gown on the runway I was blown away. But seeing on the redcarpet, it looks meh.

Victorian Bridal but still very regal and well constructed.

I feel like something is missing, I know the veil, the groom… yes is too bridal but incredibly beautiful

  12. Guest May 19, 2019 at 11:43 pm #

where’s the groom & the wedding cake?
interestingly u like this look, but thought priyanka’s was too bridal… hmmm trying to figure it out.

The problem with Priyanka is that she’s been playing the just-married-lovey-dovey role for far too long now. We’re tired of all the couple-y pics and the constant reminders of “yay-we’re-in-love”.

      totally agree on that front!

It’s gorgeous but I’m just imagining it in so many other colours that would’ve wowed me

Instantly reminded me of Grace Kelly’s wedding dress. Beautiful but bridal

+1 I thought Grace Kelly too

The King and I comes to mind for some reason but I actually still like it. The idea feels well executed and not so flashy as we’ve been seeing.

I love it but it’s too bridal. Had this been in another color, it would have been perfect.

It could easily be a Game of thrones costume. So, no.

Beautiful bride. Sorry, but it is.
