Damson Idris Wore Tom Ford by Haider Ackermann To ‘F1: The Movie’ Mexico Fan Event

Damson Idris attended the fan event for F1: The Movie at Plaza Toreo Parque Central in Naucalpan de Juárez, Mexico, and if I said I’d been eagerly awaiting this press tour since the film was announced, that would be putting it mildly.

As someone whose style is as sharp as his jawline, Damson deserves a fashion world tour—and it’s officially begun.

The British actor kicked things off wearing a Tom Ford by Haider Ackermann Fall 2025 ensemble that was equal parts suave and unexpected. A dark chocolate shirt paired with prism violet trousers? It shouldn’t work, but somehow it absolutely does. I didn’t know that brown and purple could be such a delicious combo, but Damson is making a very convincing case.

While the trousers were a touch too long, that barely dented the overall impact. The look hit that perfect balance between red carpet polish and fan event ease—tailored, yet laid-back.

Finishing touches included razor-sharp Tom Ford boots and jewellery from his own line, DIDRIS. If this is how we’re starting, I can’t wait to see what he brings to the US and European premieres.
