‘White Noise’ Venice Film Festival Premiere Red Carpet Roundup

Catherine Deneuve Saint Laurent 'White Noise' Venice Film Festival Premiere

There were many more gorgeous ladies who attended the ‘White Noise’ premiere which served at the opening ceremony for the 2022 Venice International Film Festival on Wednesday (August 31) in Italy.

As we’ve come to expect at this festival, Armani dominated the red carpet, but I’m going to start with Catherine Deneuve whose red column dress you should recognise, as we’ve seen it twice on the red carpet via Olivia Culpo and Caitriona Balfe.

This is a modified version of the Saint Laurent Spring 2022 v-neck gown we saw on the runway.

I think the dress is elegant either way, but I’m not surprised that Catherine opted to a more modest version.

The French actress styled her look with Cartier jewels and champagne hued Roger Vivier accessories.

Alessandra Ambrosio in pink Ermanno Scervino 'White Noise' Venice Film Festival Premiere

Alessandra Ambrosio has had some experimental outings on the red carpet this year, however on this occasion she opted for an ethereal moment in this pink Ermanno Scervino silk chiffon gown with a paired cape.

You may not deem this as “groundbreaking,” but at least it’s not giving you a case of déjà vu.

I think she looks absolutely beautiful, and this could very well be one of my favourites from the model.

Greta Gerwig in Gucci - 'White Noise' Venice Film Festival Premiere

Greta Gerwig continued to keep things muted wearing a custom Gucci dress with her Bvlgari High Jewellery Diva’s Dream set, which were the stand out feature of this look.

Bianca Brandolini d'Adda in Giambattista Valli Fall 2022 Haute Couture 'White Noise' Venice Film Festival Premiere

Along with Sofia Carson, the other person born to wear Giambattista Valli is Bianca Brandolini d’Adda.

Between the tulle ruffles, the sultry sheerness and the mermaid skirt, the Italian socialite was a vision in this Giambattista Valli Fall 2022 Haute Couture two-piece, that was easily one of the best looks on the night.

Cartier jewels completed her look.

Barbara Palvin in Armani Prive - 'White Noise' Venice Film Festival Premiere

Barbara Palvin always fulfils her Armani ambassadorial duties with such grace.

Her styling seems to be influenced by the Asian influence imbued in her Armani Privé Spring 2019 sequin dress.

Madisin Rian in Armani Prive -'White Noise' Venice Film Festival Premiere

Madisin Rian, who is also a face of Armani Beauty, wore a simple, yet gorgeous Armani Privé Fall 2012 velvet embellished dress.

I’m convinced this dress has been worn before, but can’t find it, so if you remember who else has worn it, please let me know as it’s driving me crazy.

It could be that this is reminding me of Cate Blanchett’s gown from ‘The Joker’ Venice Film Festival premiere, even though it is not the same dress.

Update: Thanks to ValentinoMCQ for remembering that it was first worn by Stacy Keibler to the 2013 Golden Globe Awards.

Valentina Sampaio in Armani Prive 'White Noise' Venice Film Festival Premiere

Valentina Sampaio was giving us quiet elegance in this Armani Privé one-shoulder dress.

Greta Ferro is one of my favourite Armani Beauty girls, and this sheer and velvet gown from the Armani Privé Fall 2016 collection is a perfect example why; as she always marries elegance and sexy appeal in equal measures.

My only wish for this look is that the hair lived up to the gown, but it does look windy.

Rocio Morales in Armani Prive 'White Noise' Venice Film Festival Premiere

The Spanish actress Rocío Muñoz wore a black and white Armani Privé Fall 2008 strapless gown which I feel like was once worn by Cate Blanchett, or perhaps it was on my wish list for the Australian actress.

Matilde Gioli in Armani 'White Noise' Venice Film Festival Premiere

When I saw Matilde Gioli’s Armani nude embellished look I almost wished it was a jumpsuit.

'White Noise' Venice Film Festival Premiere Grace Elizabeth Alberta Ferretti

I almost mistook Grace Elizabeth for Bella Hadid in this custom strapless white draped chiffon bustier gown by Alberta Ferretti.

Between her beauty, the construction of the bodice, the delicacy of the skirt and that diamond choker, I’m truly in awe.

Mariacarla Boscono is the second person to wear a look from the Jean Paul Gaultier x Glenn Martens Spring 2022 Haute Couture this week following Lizzo.

I’ve had to blur out Mariacarla nipples as my advertisers do not allow nudity, and you may be questioning why the model opted to go nude when the corset was available.

I guess she just wanted to free the nipple.

'White Noise' Venice Film Festival Premiere Zion Moreno Philosophy di Lorenzo Serafini.

Zion Moreno wore a custom mint green silk-lurex high-low plissé gown with liquid effect and delicate bow detail by Philosophy di Lorenzo Serafini.

I like the colour, but the style feels a bit dated.
