Sarah Jessica Parker Wore Valentino Haute Couture On The Season Finale Of ‘And Just Like That’
On the season finale of ‘And Just Like That,’ Carrie Bradshaw travels to Paris to scatter Big’s ashes from her Timmy Woods Eiffel Tower bag.
As you would expect, Carrie dressed up for the occasion, finding comfort in Couture wearing a Valentino Spring 2019 Haute Couture orange fluorescent taffeta gown styled with pink leather opera gloves we saw in the Spring 2021 Haute Couture collection.
Do we ignore the fact that Sarah Jessica Parker is drowning in this gown because of the symbolic moment?
I think that there is too much fabric and SJP is completely overwhelmed by it and I’m including the gloves in this.
Patricia Field was missed on this show. The wardrobe throughout the series was missing that je ne sais quoi.
The gown looks so much better on the model. Whereas SJP looks like she’s playing dress up having nabbed a dress from her grandma’s closet.
