Ciara In Balmain – 2018 Black Girls Rock! Awards

Ciara joined Storm Reid for the Black Girls Rock! 2018 Awards on Sunday (August 26) in Newark, New Jersey.

As you know I usually worship all-things-Ciara, but I couldn’t get on board with this Balmain Fall 2018 look.

Too heavy, in every conceivable way from head-to-toe.

There’s just too much going on.

And mostly importantly. This is so dated.

She’s so much better than this.
