Rashida Jones In Emanuel Ungaro – 2015 SAG Awards

Rashida Jones In Emanuel Ungaro - 2015 SAG Awards

Rashida Jones attended the 2015 SAG Awards held on Sunday evening (January 25) at The Shrine Auditorium in Los Angeles, California.

The ‘Parks and Recreation’ actress wore a sequin gown from Emanuel Ungaro Spring 2015.

It’s refreshing any time we get to see big, bold patterns on the red carpet and Rashida is one of the rare celebrities who dons them often. This dress reads a bit too casual in photographs but is spot on (no pun intended) when you take the sequins into account.

At a more laid back awards show, the ponytail would have been perfect but a dressier hairstyle would have helped elevate the look for the SAG Awards.

I’m surprised, but I love this look on her. I don’t find it seasonally inappropriate- especially when we’ve seen many bright and sunny gowns on red carpets lately- and I think keeping the styling simple both suits her personality and allows the beautiful sequined print to speak for itself.

If she’s still working with Brad Goreski, this is a major NO on his part. Way too casual, and not tailored at all.

I love Rashida, I only wish I ever loved her clothes. This is another no for me.

I really like it. The print, the pretty blue, and the bright red lipstick make her stand out and I think the look works on her.

The fit could be better at the bodice but I really like the gown. THe hair and makeup are really nice too.

I don’t mind the dress at all. It maybe was too casual for an awards show, but its nice

I like this–her style is always quirky with some element or other always being off for me. I guess it’s the event-appropriateness that’s off her. But I’ll give this a pass, she sticks to her guns. Good for her!

I like the gown but it’s not very season appropriate and enough for the event.

I think it makes her look a little boxy, but I love her for doing something different and staying true to her style.

I agree, it’s not flaterring but it’s different and it’s her style, good point for that.

I really like Rashida, but this maxi-ish dress is blah. However, when I saw her on TV presenting alongside Andy Samberg and they both wore nerdy glasses, I thought she looked so cool, nerdy chic! She’s an underrated cool girl with a brain and her own sense of style.

    Way too summery.
