Anna Wintour In Chanel Couture – MoMA Benefit: A Tribute to Tilda Swinton

Anna Wintour In Chanel Couture - The Museum Of Modern Art 2013 Film Benefit A Tribute To Tilda Swinton

Anna Wintour joined Jessica Biel and Lupita Nyong’o at the Museum of Modern Art 2013 Film Benefit which paid tribute to Tilda Swinton in New York City yesterday evening.

The editor-in-chief of American Vogue wore a Chanel Fall 2013 Couture frock which has been Anna-ified from the runway version, as we’ve come to expect.

Anna’s frock maintains the colourful floral print and high neckline, but loses the bolero and drop-waist feature in favour of a more streamline pencil skirt.

With such a high neckline and colourful print she decided to do away with her signature beaded necklace, plus she opted not to wear her favoured nude patent-leather Manolo Blahnik kitten heels, swapping them for a strappy nude satin sandal.

One small step for a man, a giant leap for mankind.

You may remember that just last week Diane Kruger wore the strapless version of this frock.
