Jasmine Trinca’s Prada Wardrobe at Venice Film Festival
Like Alba Rohrwacher, Jasmine Trinca’s Venice Film Festival journey has been loyal to one label: Prada. Across five appearances, the Italian actress moved between relaxed photocall dressing and classic red carpet glamour, with two looks emerging as my clear favourites.
Succederà Questa Notte Photocall
I like the ease of this Prada look. At first, I was unsure about the scarf detail, but ultimately it adds a bit more personality.

Prada may love its duchesse satin red carpet dresses, but the fluidity of this ivory silk sablé halter gown makes a case for this being the direction the house should explore more often. The crystal outline tracing the clean silhouette and the scarf bow at the back give the gown just enough detail. This is Prada at its best for me: simple in concept, beautifully cut and memorable because the details are so well judged.
Hotel Excelsior
For her arrival at the Hotel Excelsior, Jasmine wore a Prada sleeveless dress with black slingbacks and sunglasses. This is a classic Prada dress: Re-Nylon with the iconic plaque. It may not bring anything new to the table, but for what it was and the occasion, it served its purpose.
L’Estranea Photocall
This is my favourite of the photocall looks, and easily something I would wear myself. The white T-shirt paired with a Prada devoré midi skirt has exactly the kind of uncomplicated appeal I want from a daytime festival look. The maroon Prada pumps were also the right choice, picking up where her first photocall left off while giving the look a sharper finish.
L’Estranea Premiere
Jasmine closed her film festival in a black duchesse backless Prada gown. You just knew this chapter would not close without some Prada duchesse satin. While I like the floral-embroidered flap, it didn’t do enough to lift this look for me. The dress is too roomy on her, most noticeably through the top half. This needed better tailoring for it to work for me.
