Michelle Monaghan In Rochas – ‘Mission: Impossible – Fallout’ Washington DC. Premiere

Following her BDOTW win in Valentino, Michelle Monaghan was back on the red carpet for the ‘Mission: Impossible – Fallout’ premiere held at Smithsonian’s National Air and Space Museum on Sunday (July 22) in Washington, DC.

I love Michelle. She’s a beautiful person inside and out, but this Rochas Resort 2019 gown didn’t work for me.

You have to appreciate the risk she took in such a complicated piece, but the colour, the length, the fabric and the volume were all wrong for Michelle.

In one picture she looks she’s ready to drop triplets.

Emerald accessories, including a Tyler Ellis clutch, were used to complement the bow at the back, but even they couldn’t save the look.

Michelle Monaghan In Valentino – ‘Mission: Impossible – Fallout’ Paris Premiere

After being absent from the fifth film – ‘Mission: Impossible Rogue Nation’ – Michelle Monaghan returns as Julia Hunt for ‘Mission: Impossible – Fallout’ at the fans request.

And I want to thank each and every one of them, because had it not been for them, perhaps we wouldn’t have witnessed this jaw-dropping moment from Michelle at the world premiere on Thursday (July 12) in Paris, France.

Once again we have a modern iteration of a girlish style courtesy of Valentino.

While the broderie anglaise detail adds intricacy and feminine indulgence, the colour keeps the look vibrant and carefree.

A contrasting baby blue clutch and hot-pink lip topped off one of my favourite red carpet looks of 2018.

Michelle Monaghan In Temperley London – The Thirst Project’s 9th Annual Thirst Gala

Michelle Monaghan made a shimmering statement at The Thirst Project’s 9th Annual Thirst Gala on Saturday (April 21) in Beverly Hills, California.

The actress’s Temperley London Fall 2018 dress had such a festive air even with the black details. The trompe l’oeil effect of the silver panels made them look like three dimensional steamers springing from the frock.

I’m sure many will be pleased to see she opted to line the skirt for a more modest finish. The black layers up the sophistication and tie in the lining in the bodice.

As opposed to feeling rather bare, there’s an alluring reveal of skin in the top.

Silver accessories rounded out the eye-catching look.

2018 Vanity Fair Oscar Party Red Carpet Roundup

The crush of beauties continued in full force on the red carpet of the 2018 Vanity Fair Oscar Party last night (March 4) in Beverly Hills, California.

Odeya Rush: The young starlet was a vision in this neon-bright chartreuse Vivienne Westwood Couture gown. The sculptural, one-shoulder ruffle detail is nothing we haven’t seen before, but the bold colour made the look feel dynamic. I do think she could have offered up a more youthful beauty look—and less bronzer—to accompany the sophisticated sass of the gown.

Dree Hemingway: There was a delicate daintiness to this Valentino Pre-Fall 2018 nude, embellished lace gown, which Dree echoed in her minimal hair and makeup. The yellow-tinged, ribbon belt made all the difference in breathing a bit of life into the neutral dress, with Repossi jewels to complete the look.

Michelle Monaghan In Carolina Herrera – ‘The Vanishing Of Sidney Hall’ LA Premiere

Michelle Monaghan graced the red carpet at ‘The Vanishing Of Sidney Hall’ LA premiere on Thursday (February 22) in Los Angeles, California.

The actress was clad in a Carolina Herrera Fall 2018 outfit which exuded refined elegance.

A white blouse paired with a dramatic sweeping skirt is a signature of the designer and she has carried off the look beautifully.

The classic style could have come across as too mature, but the thick sunny yellow belt injects youthful joy to the grey-blue skirt and white button-down.

Coupled with her tousled hair, it’s sophisticated but not dowdy.
