Juno Temple, Hannah Waddingham, Brett Goldstein and More Lead ‘Ted Lasso Season 4’ New York Premiere Red Carpet
Following the Los Angeles premiere, the cast of Ted Lasso headed to the BAM Harvey Theater in Brooklyn for the New York premiere of Season 4 last night, delivering another mix of archival fashion, statement minis, sharp tailoring and a few delightfully eccentric choices. While some continued the style stories they had already established on the West Coast, others seized the opportunity to switch gears for a fresh red carpet moment.
Archival Gucci Returns
We all know Juno Temple’s love of archival fashion, but this Gucci Spring 2003 aqua-blue cage-strap halter dress comes with its own history. Jennifer Lopez famously wore the brown version during the Gigli Los Angeles premiere at the height of the Bennifer era in 2003.
The look also continues the ocean-inspired colour palette from Juno’s Los Angeles appearance. Carrying a football as a clutch on the previous red carpet tied neatly into the show’s theme, but I have to admit I’m completely stumped by the decision to pair this dress with a hot dog-shaped Judith Leiber clutch.
The actress completed the look with Jacob & Co.’s Infinia Diamond choker, matching bracelet and earrings.
Mini Dress Momentum
Hannah Waddingham is firmly in her mini-dress era, and this embroidered floral Alice + Olivia design feels entirely in keeping with the confident, playful direction she’s been embracing.
Styled with black Christian Louboutin Miss Z pumps and EFFY Jewelry, it was another strong outing that didn’t need anything extra. The floral embroidery, and those legs, did all the work.
Wednesday Energy
If you’re getting Wednesday Addams – or, more specifically, Jenna Ortega – from Tanya Reynolds’ look, you’re certainly not alone.
The actress is wearing part of the McQueen Pre-Fall 2026 collection that Jenna Ortega wore while promoting Wednesday, and the Wednesday Addams resemblance is heightened by Tanya’s dark eye makeup and blunt micro fringe. Between the styling and the beauty look, the comparison feels inevitable, right?
I love how both ladies styled the look.
The Scene Stealer
Daphne Velghe isn’t part of the Ted Lasso cast, but she immediately caught my attention like a moth to a flame in this Christian Siriano Fall 2025 mini dress.
The structured silhouette combined with the dramatic black-to-electric-blue ombré tulle texture made this the night’s biggest scene stealer.
Keeping It Casual
Jason Sudeikis kept things super-duper low-key in a navy polo and matching trousers, adding just one unexpected flourish with his cobalt-blue trainers.
It’s about as relaxed as a premiere look gets.
Summer Tailoring Wins
Phil Dunster may not be returning for Season 4, with the new series focusing on the women’s team, but he was there to support his former castmates.
His light summer Brunello Cucinelli suit was exactly the kind of tailoring I’d expect for an August premiere. What really tied the look together was the coordination between the grey tie, patterned pocket square and suede loafers, with each element complementing the next.
Brett’s Glow-Up
Brett Goldstein is returning for Season 4, and is it just me, or has he had a glow-up since his Office Romance press tour with Jennifer Lopez?
The double-breasted black suit and pale blue shirt were simple, but he wore them with noticeably more confidence.
Colour Coordination
Brendan Hunt doesn’t do subtle, and once again he embraced colour with complete confidence.
The burnt-orange blazer, green trousers, checked green tie and brown cap shouldn’t work on paper, yet somehow the colour coordination keeps everything cohesive. This is exactly the kind of personality I’ve come to expect from his red carpet style.
