Netflix’s ‘Wednesday’ Emmys FYSEE Event

Jenna Ortega and Catherine Zeta-Jones attended Netflix’s Wednesday Emmys FYSEE event and, in keeping with the mood of the series, it was fittingly held at the Hollywood Forever Cemetery.

A Lighter Mood

Jenna Ortega wore a McQueen Pre-Fall 2026 look that may surprise anyone expecting the full gothic theatrics she leaned into earlier in the Wednesday press tour. Not because the attitude disappeared, but because it was dialled back.

The sharply tailored cropped jacket, trimmed with frayed edges, felt like a quieter turn from some of Jenna’s more theatrical press tour looks. The high-neck laced harness added tension and kept the outfit unmistakably within her aesthetic, while the overall effect felt more stripped back than dramatic. The softer grey tone also shifted things into a quieter register.

But perhaps the biggest talking point here was not the tailoring at all, but the return of Jenna’s eyebrows, which immediately softened the mood of the overall look.

Scarlet Screen-Siren

You can always rely on Catherine Zeta-Jones to bring glamour, and this appearance was no exception. The actress wore a ruched red Magda Butrym dress featuring floral accents at the neckline, styled with a black blazer draped over her shoulders and black pointed pumps.

While the styling introduced darker notes that subtly nodded to the event’s gothic mood, the rich scarlet dress remained firmly at the centre of attention. The blazer and accessories complemented the look rather than pulling focus, allowing Catherine to do what Catherine does best: deliver high-impact glamour with ease.
