Celebrities at the ‘Origin’ New York Premiere

During the SAG-AFTRA strike, Ava DuVernay was the only one able to promote, ‘Origin,’ but she wasn’t alone for the New York premiere which took place on Thursday (November 30).
Ava DuVernay, who has given us a flawless promo tour, continued that fine form wearing Dolce & Gabbana.
Remember the time when Ava only gave us the same silhouette in a variety of colours?
Now we have so many different silhouettes, with this off-the-shoulder gown dripping in paillettes.
Dolce & Gabbana are known for imbuing plenty of sex appeal into their designs, but on this occasion they opted for a delicate chiffon trim.
REZA Jewelry ear cuffs completed her look.

When you’re thinking about what to wear with a turtleneck or how to style a turtleneck, the epitome of menswear elegance is to style one with a suit.
Between the cinnamon hued Casablanca Fall 2023 single breasted suit, and the smoothness of the MooRER turtleneck sweater, Colman Domingo looked like he just stepped out of a ‘70s film.
I think I’m loving this more than his Ralph Lauren Collection suit from the Gotham Awards.

Niecy Nash dazzled in a Dolce & Gabbana embroidered gown amplified by the exaggerated shoulder details and exposed boning details.

The lighting may not have been that bright for Finn Wittrock, but I’m still have full admiration for the sleekness of his Dolce & Gabbana Martini-fit suit.
Black-on-black. My will always be a favourite.

Jelani Alladim also went the contrasting suit and turtleneck route in Balmain, but I’m not sold on the styling: namely the white boots and the necklace.
