Gwendoline Christie Wore Fendi Couture To The Elle Style Awards 2023
Gwendoline Christie attended the Elle Style Awards 2023 held at The Old Sessions House on Tuesday (September 5) in London, where she collected the Designer of the Year Award on behalf of Kim Jones for Fendi.
As you know, I have been very up and down when it comes to Fendi on the red carpet, especially Fendi Couture.
Because for every Kerry Washington, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, and Caterina Murino, you have Gugu Mbatha-Raw, Zoe Saldana and Rachel Zegler.
On this occasion I was delighted to see the Fendi pendulum swing in a positive direction with Gwendoline wearing this Fendi Fall 2022 Couture gown.
I know many of you are applauding her base layer.
I was enamoured by this romantic and sophisticated creation giving me a magical woodland fairy vibe, which plays into her being known for the surreal, fantasy characters in her films.
A Fendi First bag – which I think served her look better in gold – completed her look.Â
