Chloe Domont Wore Cong Tri To The 2023 Venice Film Festival Opening Ceremony

Film director Chloe Domont joined her fellow jury members Shu Qi and Alice Diop on the red carpet for the opening ceremony of the 2023 Venice International Film Festival this evening (August 30).

You’ll be forgiven if you thought this was from Celine, as gold embellished dresses during film festivals (usually at Cannes) is the French label’s M.O.

But this dress was designed by Cong Tri.

Looking at this piece, I feel like the Cong Tri sought inspiration from Old Hollywood glamour when creating this bronze crystal and bead embellished column gown which showcases the label’s high-octane glamour in a uniquely refined manner.

I love how each adornment is meticulously placed to create a stunning floral motif.

The result? A magical dress that shines as bright as the northern lights.
