Anya Taylor-Joy Wore Alexander McQueen Promoting ‘The Super Mario Bros. Movie’
And just like that, we have another promo tour for Anya Taylor-Joy, as the actress was in London promoting ‘The Super Mario Bros Movie’ on Sunday (March 26), when the clocks sprang forward.
The actress wore an Alexander McQueen leather three-piece look which sees the label always takes the unexpected road with the cut of the high-low skirt.
While this wasn’t a runway look, the look was identifiable as Alexander McQueen for two reasons:
- The moulded corset detailed bodice.
- The fact that Anya has worn a similar look before.
I’m sure you mind cast back to November when the actress wore a blue leather dress with similar attributes to ‘The Menu’ London premiere.
I was really shocked that the majority of you didn’t like that look.
Some of you didn’t feel like she had the edge to pull it off.
Some felt that the styling was all wrong.
On this occasion she styled her look with matching pink McQueen boots which echo the disruptive punk influences the label is mostly known for.
