Front Row @ Louis Vuitton Fall 2023

There were many familiar faces who attended the Louis Vuitton Fall 2023 fashion show during Paris Fashion Week, but I was most surprised to see Zendaya in the front row.

The ‘Dune’ actress has featured in the Valentino Fall 2022 campaign, and she has been their ambassador for quite some time, so this was an interesting turn of events.

If Zendaya was to become a Louis Vuitton girl, I would need them to be custom looks only.

Zendaya’s style is unique and never duplicated. As you can see from the following looks at this show, many of them were reruns.

I love an animal print moment, and while I know some will feel that the matching boots were a print too far, I think she totally sells the look.  That’s her appeal.

Alicia Vikander for me is still the number one Louis Vuitton girl in terms of always presenting looks which feel totally unique to her style.

OF COURSE Sarah Paulson nailed her Louis Vuitton look.

This might be the first time where I’m not turned off by that big zipper.

She has so much style charisma that the look feels effortless.

Emma Stone thankfully didn’t roll the dice with those big zippers, opting to wear a smart pinstripe suit with LV accessories.

Ana de Armas’ styling nullified any chance of me being enamoured by this Louis Vuitton.

Should we be worried?  That’s three Louis Vuitton looks which have failed to excite.

Chloe Grace Moretz wore the white version of the Louis Vuitton Spring 2023 leather jacket we’ve seen on Joe Jonas.

I love the Bermuda shorts, but I’m not ready for the Bermuda short x leather boots combo to start trending again.

I was happy to see Danielle Deadwyler that was not wearing one of the trending pieces from the Louis Vuitton Spring 2023 collection.  This LBD was unique enough for her to stand out on this red carpet.

Deepika Padukone’s Louis Vuitton leather dress was worn by Noémie Merlant.

Noémie Merlant’s Louis Vuitton look was worn by Este Haim at the W Magazine Celebrate Awards Season event.

The Haim sisters continue to be loyal to all things Louis Vuitton, but the only thing I would save from this look are the tights and bags, as none of those dresses flatter the wearers.

I’m most disappointed in Alana, as she had such a great awards season run last year.

Gemma Chan played it safe (thankfully) opting for a leather LV dress.

Hannah Einbinder proved the value of a well-tailored coat.

Jaden Smith is the latest celebrity to jump on the checkered trend.

Jurnee Smollett’s second Louis Vuitton big zipper look was more successful than her first.

Lea Seydoux gave us nothing.

I was going to say that Meghann Fahy didn’t opt for one of the trending pieces, until I saw the big zipper on her pants.

Phoebe Dynevor swapped the oversized zipper for an oversized pouch.

There was too much going on with Renate Reinsve’s Louis Vuitton look which I failed to appreciate.

Samara Weaving’s Louis Vuitton look would’ve been one of the best if the jacket and skirt had not appeared too big for her.

It’s been a while since I loved a Sophie Turner x Louis Vuitton look, but this piano notes print ensemble feels perfectly relaxed for the event.

Stacy Martin channelled her inner Emma Stone with the red hair.

I wasn’t sold on the styling of Venus Williams’ Louis Vuitton look.
