The BAFTA Los Angeles Tea Party Red Carpet Roundup

Fashion Blogger Catherine Kallon features The BAFTA Los Angeles Tea Party

It was a jam-packed red carpet at The BAFTA Los Angeles Tea Party on Saturday (January 5) in Los Angeles, California, with 18 more more ladies joining Thandie Newton,  Emma StoneKiki LayneGemma Chan and Laura Harrier.

Emily Blunt: I was at first swept away by the beautiful Oscar de la Renta Pre Fall 2019 tulle polka dot dress, then I fell more in love with this look when I got to the yellow sandals.

Rachel Brosnahan: The colour of this weekend for Rachel was yellow. You were slightly underwhelmed by her Golden Globes offering, so how does this Christian Siriano Spring 2019 embellished sheath fare? The look was beautifully styled with yellow and gold Malone Souliers ‘Maureen’ pumps.

Rosamund Pike: It looks like the Pike x Givenchy union has a lot more to offer, and you’ll find me complaining following her Golden Globes outing and this flouncy Spring 2019 asymmetric dress. The only thing missing from this union is some colour every once in a while, as I’m worried this might hit a Rooney Mara “always black” brick wall. Pierre Hardy ‘Gena’ sandals completed her look.

Tory Burch Toasts Amy Adams and Patricia Clarkson

Fashion Blogger Catherine Kallon features Tory Burch Toasts Amy Adams and Patricia Clarkson

Tory Burch hosted an intimate dinner party for ‘Sharp Objects’ Golden Globe nominated actress’ Amy Adams and Patricia Clarkson on Friday (January 4) at the Tory Burch Rodeo Drive flagship store in LA.

The ladies were kinda co-ordinated in her Tory Burch looks, as both opted for a dark blouses and A-line skirts.

Amy Adams: Minimalist, clean and chic. There is a lot to be said about keeping things simple. This refined, colour-block look suits Amy to a tee.

Patricia Clarkson: The actress was always likely to incorporate some flare into her look. Some might think her painted border pleated skirt was a bit to OTT, but I love how vibrant the piece is. Suits her personality.

Can’t wait to see both ladies on the red carpet at the Globes on Sunday.

Yara Shahidi In Tory Burch – GLSEN Respect Awards

Yara Shahidi In Tory Burch - GLSEN Respect Awards

Yara Shahidi attended the GLSEN Respect Awards on Friday (October 19) in Beverly Hills, California, where she received the Gamechanger Award.

We all know the ‘Grow-ish’ stars style to be edgy and youthful, but she opted to change tack with this Tory Burch Spring 2019 look.

While I’m intrigued by the change of pace, my first thought was Sister Mary Clarence from ‘Sister Act’, such is the biblical nature of this look.

‘The Sisters Brothers’ Venice Film Festival Premiere

'The Sisters Brothers' Venice Film Festival Premiere

‘The Sisters Brothers’ premiere took place during the 2018 Venice Film Festival on Sunday (September 2) in Italy, with many international actresses and models in attendance.

Bianca Balti: The Italian model instantly stood out in her OVS shirt and red high-low skirt combo, styled with Alevì Milano mules and Chopard jewels. You’ll either find this look costumey, or a refreshing break from Dolce & Gabbana.

Bruna Marquezine: Nothing about this Ralph & Russo Spring 2018 Couture metallic rose-gold strapless silk lamé gown is particularly original, but Bruna does look stunning, especially when styling her look with that Chopard necklace.

Audi Polo Challenge 2018

There were many more ladies – and men – who were at their summery Sunday best at the Audi Polo in Ascot, England, where they joined Naomie Harris.

Lily James: The actress was setting the tone for fuss-free summer style wearing a split sleeve dress sprigged with delicate blue flowers. I love the shades and the wicker bag, but couldn’t bring myself to love the dark velvet platforms.

Eddie Redmayne: It’s so good to see Eddie back on the red carpet. I’ve really missed his suave style. On this occasion her wore a cool-blue Polo Ralph Lauren suit with a matching tie in a slight darker hue, but it’s the polka dot pocket square that adds a dash of debonair spirit. You may be thinking, “he’s worn this before,” but actually he wore a similar blue Tom Ford suit back in 2013.

Vanessa Kirby: I’ve only ever seen Vanessa glam, so this Tory Burch Cameron printed dress styled with Tory Burch shades and white pumps was a sweet off-duty look.

2018 MTV Movie And TV Awards Red Carpet Roundup

Here is a roundup from the 2018 MTV Movie And TV Awards on Saturday (June 16) in Santa Monica, California.

Yara Shahidi: The ‘Black-ish’ star continues to set the standard wearing a custom Tory Burch ice blue pin-striped blazer and wide leg trouser combo. The look felt fresh from the colour to the obi style wrap belt.

Storm Reid: The ‘ A Wrinkle in Time’ actress always serves up girlie fashion in the most adorable way, and that was very much the case with her Viktor and Rolf Soir Spring 2018 bow accented dress and silver Schutz sandals combo.

Aubrey Plaza: When it comes to this Elisabetta Franchi Fall 2018 dress it’s the sleeves that want to garner the most attention, but they are upstaged by the oversized bows and micro length. Jimmy Choo pumps completed the look.

Sasha Lane In Tory Burch – 2018 Met Gala

Sasha Lane floated onto the carpet at the 2018 Met Gala at The Metropolitan Museum of Art on Monday (May 7) in New York City.

‘The Miseducation of Cameron Post’ actress was dressed in adherence to the theme with her custom Tory Burch look. With its diaphanous layers and lace trimmings, it was reminiscent of a baptism gown.

Her twisted and embellished locs wove together to create a striking sculptural hairstyle that will give Sarah Jessica Parker’s headpiece some competition for most captivating look.
