Janelle Monáe Wore Thom Browne To The BAFTA Tea Party

Janelle Monáe has me wondering if she’s become (un)official Thom Browne ambassador.

The ‘Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery’ actress attended the BAFTA Tea Party on Saturday (January 14), wearing yet another Thom Browne total look, which – to her credit – isn’t giving me the usual modernized school uniform vibe.

This embroidered skirt suit and overcoat combo feels like an elevation from her London photocall look, however, the Thom Browne doggy bag is giving this look a familiar feeling.

I’m kinda turned off by the gimmicky, been-there-done-that styling.

The hat can stay, but the dog bag can go.
