Angela Bassett Wore Elie Saab To The BAFTA Tea Party

I’m delighted to see that Angela Bassett’s suit game is still going strong in 2023.

The ‘Black Panther’ actress attended the BAFTA Tea Party wearing a look from the Elie Saab Spring 2023 collection which saw her looking sharp in the designer’s take on tailoring for the new season.

Her suit has all the sophistication we expect from an Elie Saab look, with some contemporary elements imbued thanks to the grommet-embellishments.

Under those flares, the actress wore a pair of gold Giuseppe Zanotti GZ Aida mules which prevented the trousers from appearing too long. 

Her team is working over-time this awards season. And it is paying off.
