amfAR Gala Los Angeles 2021

The amfAR Gala Los Angeles 2021 had many more attendees who joined a host of ladies and gents in Moschino at the event which took place on Thursday (November 4) in West Hollywood, California.

Lori Harvey and her signature baby hairs were giving us sultry glamour in this stunning Roberto Cavalli archive gown from 1999.

I’ve so missed Italian designer on the red carpet. This was easily my favourite look of the night.

Water is wet.  The sky is blue.  Grass is green. Alessandra Ambrosio wears a nude embellished gown.

This sheer crystal and pearl embroidered gown featuring a plunging neckline, and cape sleeves hails from Elie Saab’s Spring 2021 Haute Couture collection.

She looks beautiful, but I would’ve loved this more without the structured shoulders.

I do know that the LA amfAR is very different to Cannes for example, where a gala gown is expected.

However, Bella Thorne in this Giambattista Valli Spring 2022 two-piece look felt a little out of place at this event.

I know a hardcore collective of you haven’t been on board with the Paris Jackson x Westwood union, but in my opinion this Andreas Kronthaler for Vivienne Westwood Spring 2022 look is her best yet.

I still stand by my belief that the rebellious nature of the brand and their pieces are the perfect fit for Paris.

Jenna Dewan looked as beautiful as ever wearing a Zuhair Murad Spring 2021 halter dress.

The keyhole made this a more revealing look than we’re used to from the actress, but she makes it work without this feeling trashy.

Giuseppe Zanotti ‘Bebe Touch’ platforms completed her look.

My first thought was why was the cape removed from Camila Mendes’ Rodarte Fall 2021 dress?

I adore the purple sequins, so this is still a winner in my book.

I was glad to see that Brazilian model Gizele Oliveira opted to even out the shoulder detail on her Aadnevik Fall 2021 tulle high-low gown.

Random illusion panel aside, this red Alex Perry dress was a great look for Garcelle Beauvais.

Her red Bao Tranchi dress worn during her Real Housewives of Beverly Hills confessionals is still my favourite look from her to date.
