2021 Daily Front Row Fashion Media Awards with Gigi Hadid & Irina Shayk

Style Icon recipient Rita Ora was joined on the red carpet for The Daily Front Row 2021 Fashion Media Awards held in New York City on Thursday (September 9) during Fashion Week, by a host of gorgeous ladies.

Irina Shayk also collected an award for Fashion Entrepreneur, so I’m assuming she has her own fashion line coming out soon.

The model was dressed in a Burberry Fall 2021 look which leads be to believe that her Bvlgari look was very much a one off. But I don’t fault her, because if you can’t experiment during Fashion Week, when can you?

This metallic paillette-embellished mesh cape shirt and cut-out beige trousers feels more like the road most travelled type of look for the model.

Candice Swanepoel’s new brunette hair has her looking like a whole new woman….Bella Hadid.

Known for her love of open back slinky gowns, the model switched gears by donning this David Koma dress featuring circular cut-outs inspired by the ’60s-era retro-futurism of the late Pierre Cardin.

I can’t say I’m the biggest fan of her boots here.

Speaking of Bella Hadid, Gigi Hadid was rocking a Givenchy Fall 2021 look that was oozing with a dark romance feel that is much better suited to sister.

I prefer Gigi in bright colours.

This is Givenchy leather cut-out blazer and lace handkerchief hem skirt feels too moody for her.

Studded Givenchy black pumps completed her look.

Christy Turlington seems to be way ahead of us when it comes to dressing for Fall. The model wore a Chanel Pre-Fall 2021 knitwear look, which we’ve seen on Andra Day.

When it comes to Jhené Aiko and this Maticevski dress, I love the bodice, the split at the waist.

But I wish there was something more about the skirt.

This appears to be a relaxed spin on the designers avant-garde signatures.

When it comes to Charli XCX and this Stella McCartney cut-out dress from the Fall 2021 collection, I’m wondering where is the support for the our right sided friend?
