Jehnny Beth In Celine – Cesar Film Awards 2019

Fashion Blogger Catherine Kallon features Jehnny Beth In Celine - Cesar Film Awards 2019

French singer Jehnny Beth joined Melanie Thierry and Kristin Scott Thomas for the Cesar Film Awards 2019 on Friday (February 22) in Paris, France.

Dazzling in yet another modified Celine Spring 2019 dress, you will recognise this one, as the runway look was worn by Amber Heard during her ‘Aquaman’ promo tour.

The majority weren’t in favour of this look, mostly for the deep plunge which was widen for Amber, so have you tempered your opinions for the longer version?

I much prefer this version of the three, with Jehnny’s sleek styling amping up the glamour.

I like the shoes and that is it. That cutout is awful, not as bad as it was on Amber, but still pretty random. The dress on the model is cool.

I thought this was Saint Laurent at first. Hopefully we’ll see some variety this upcoming season from either Hedi or Vaccarello. I agree with FC, the long version of this dress is better (but that plunge still looks a bit random) and the styling is great.

Its just as bad as Ambers version. I just don’t like this dress….actually I prefer it on the model most. Its just not working on her. The styling is a lil overdone too I think.

Why isn’t it just called Saint Laurent?

It looks better with the longer skirt and less dated hairstyle but I’m still not keen on the dress. Has Celine started paying celebs to wear the label or just many stylists being uniformly bland sheep?
