Lovely ladies joined Vanity Fair and L’OrĂ©al Paris to celebrate New Hollywood on Tuesday (February 19) in Los Angeles, California.

Nina Dobrev: The ‘Fam’ actress heightened the angelic mood of her flowing Loewe Spring 2019 dress with silver accessories. The embellishment adds fantastic dimension and a subtle edge.

Yalitza Aparicio: The ‘Roma’ actress was another one who fell for the charms of frills in The Vampire’s Wife. Some are tired of the silhouette, but it does have a prim elegance. I just wish the colour was more saturated for her.

Amandla Stenberg: She cut a sharp shape in Louis Vuitton Spring 2019. The graphic T-shirt and sleek lines of the suit give it a modern finish even with the supersized lapels.

Sofia Carson: The ‘Descendants 3’ star had another dramatic moment in ruffled Marc Jacobs Spring 2019. It was a nice change of pace to see the dress sans tights. It was previously worn by Rita Ora. Kallati jewelry completed her look.

Gemma Chan: The ‘Crazy Rich Asians’ actress looked regal in red Monse Pre-Fall 2019. There is such movement with the uneven hems and ribbon detail, but it doesn’t read as sloppy.

Rowan Blanchard: The young star served up a strong look in Prada Spring 2019. As fun as the earrings are, she could have pulled off the outsize Alice band from the runway. Methinks her shaggy pixie and makeup might steal the attention.

Jenna Coleman: Outfitted in Erdem, her look didn’t come across as flat thanks to the shimmering tone-on-tone stripes and artful flounces and draping.
