I love the mix of the sophisticated black velvet off-shoulder bodice mixed with the whimsy blue metallic pleated tulle skirt that brings a textural contrast which enhances the romantic element.

Hearts On Fire jewels and Chloe Gosselin ‘Helix’ pumps with an opulent 1920’s crystal-embellished brooch plus a braided updo completed her look.
