Cynthia Erivo In CG & Tadashi Shoji – 2017 Tony Awards

Cynthia Erivo had a quick outfit change on Sunday (June 11) as she walked the red carpet and before her performance at the 2017 Tony Awards in New York City.

Red Carpet: This CG (Chris Gelinas) gown was one of the best dresses of the night for me. I love the head to toe glamour of this look and the sensational styling choices. From the fishtail flare to the plunging neckline and sheer sleeves, everything was in balance. The Fred Leighton jewelry added some extra sparkle to this sublime look. She’s come a looooonnngg way from the first time we featured her.

Performance: For her performance with Leslie Odom Jr. and the Rockettes, Cynthia slipped into a Tadashi Shoji Fall 2017 creation. Sticking with the same headwear as her red carpet look, the singer once again opted for statement earrings, this time from Buccellati. The off-the-shoulder design worked well with the tiered sheer skirt and simplicity of the recurring black and gold colour palette. Once again Cynthia wowed with her elegance and styling choices.
