The starlet sizzled in a Mugler Pre-Fall 2015 leggy black mini scattered with polished metal grommets for peek-a-boo allure.

Sometimes this brand of sexy edginess lands on the opposite side of tasteful, but Bella’s ensemble maintained its chic side.

The styling worked in her favour, too, with the statement-making yet streamlined pair of Stuart Weitzman ‘Flashpoint’ black sandals and subtle jewelry accents.

Some may argue that her long waves should have been in a sleeker ‘do in light of the high neckline, but I love the soft, sweet finish they provide to this sultry look.
