Keira Knightley Returns in Erdem, But With a Sheer Surprise

Keira Knightley made her return to the red carpet in London this evening, attending the press night after-party for The Lives of Others at Brasserie Zédel.

I’m not surprised she chose Erdem for her comeback. After all, this is her favourite label, and one she has remained loyal to for years.

The actress wore a two-piece look from the Erdem Spring 2027 collection, pairing a cropped cashmere sweater with an embellished hem over a sheer, intricately embroidered dress.

I know some of you will be surprised to see Keira wearing something this sheer, as it isn’t her usual M.O., but I’m all for it. It’s an after-party, so why not have a little fun and step outside her usual fashion comfort zone?

Now, can we talk about those Roger Vivier I Love Vivier pumps?

The black mesh and velvet polka dots are such a charming choice, and I much prefer them to the runway’s socks-and-loafers combination. They bring a playful finish to the look, and I’m glad she didn’t opt for a predictable black pump.
